I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge our incredible concierge, ******* *******. It's often the little things that make a big difference, and ******* consistently goes above and beyond. His efforts, whether it's greeting us with a smile or handling requests with efficiency and care, do not go unnoticed. ******* truly enhances the experience of living here, and we are grateful for his dedication and attention to detail. I have such a great experience living in the **************************. Having 24/7 concierge service is the best part of it. Every staff is friendly and always willing to help with any problem. ******** ******* the Association Administrator for Pacific Crossing did a great job of communicating with me when my fob would not work. She sent one out quickly and even gave me a time to check out the club house, which I really appreciated.AMS | Association Management Services NW

The professionalism of the concierge staff at The **** **** Condominiums is excellent. I especially feel safe when ******* ******* is on duty because he tries to intercept any person whom he does not recognize as a resident, or an authorized person, from bypassing the concierge desk and entering any of the elevators.AMS | Association Management Services NW

Im getting older and have acquired some health and mobility issues. I have been a homeowner here at The ***************** not quite a year, but have found the concierge, security, cleaning and building staff very kind on multiple occasions. I dont know many of them, but have found a few staff in particular who have been most valuable and exceeded my expectations. Kudos to them!AMS | Association Management Services NW

I have the wonderful experience of living in a Condo managed by AMS. The service has been great. The staff is professional and always helpful and kind. We are so lucky to have the exceptional ***************************** as our lead concierge and he is the epitome of excellence. ******* makes you feel very comfortable, is very helpful and well informed. Always a smile on his face. He always makes sure to acknowledge people and this is a very special quality. I have been completely satisfied with the AMS team.
