    This home owners association has been abusing power. Everything from liens while people are on vacation for being a few weeks late, to charging hundreds of dollars when grass isnt green during 100 degree weather. Not only are they anti environment, but they are out of touch with the status and reality of certain neighborhoods. Even though the hoa in question on spans a few blocks, they have continued to torment and harass the people within.they should be investigated for exploitation of community bylaws.

    ***********************???? was very helpful and communicative with my questions and concerns about two separate topics recently. I reached out about sprinklers and the fireworks for the 4th of July and she not only responded but continually followed up when she heard new information. She was very considerate and helpful with my concerns. I think that the HOA's decision to send reminders regarding fireworks on the property made a huge difference for the safety of the homeowners. I am so grateful!
