    Ordered on Sunday February 2 an *********** station and battery for $719. Took the money out of my account. Never received an email confirmation. Thought it was such a good deal ordered it again Monday February 3 and got an order confirmation. Never received either order. No response to emails or phone calls.

    Same story different customer as the other ************* difference, a complete fraud all the way around.Stealing customers money with no intent to send out merchandise. Fraudulent address in *******Unbelievable that this so called business hasnt been shut down here in ***************** and is still able to defraud Innocent people after all these years of complaints.

    I am submitting a complaint regarding Seacayago (***********************************), which claims to be located at *************************************On February 2, 2025, I purchased a Concept2 Row Erg machine for $399.99 from this company. Upon completing the transaction, I did not receive an email confirmation of my order. However, I took a screenshot of the order details and order number (*****) at the time of purchase.Attempts to Resolve the Issue:I have made multiple attempts to contact the company: February 2, 2025 I emailed the company requesting an order confirmation. No response. February 3, 2025 I sent a follow-up email and called during business hours, but the phone line appeared to be disconnected or off the hook. No response. February 5, 2025 I sent another follow-up email requesting an update on my order. Due to the complete lack of communication, I also formally requested a full refund. No response.After further research, I discovered numerous ****** reviews from customers stating that this company is a scam. Unfortunately, I only became aware of these reviews after placing my order.Desired Resolution:I am seeking either:1.A full refund of $399.99 since I have not received any confirmation that my order will be fulfilled, or 2.The delivery of the Concept2 Row Erg machine I purchased, along with valid tracking information.Additional Actions Taken:Due to the lack of response from the company, I have submitted a complaint to the ******************************* requesting an investigation into this business.I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company to contest the charge and attempt to recover my funds.I am providing supporting documentation, including screenshots of my order confirmation, refund request, and email correspondence attempts.Please let me know the next steps for resolving this issue.******* Montel ***** *********************** ************ ******************************************************

    Seacayago sells fake items provides spoof shipping info to satisfy ****** or other fulfillment sites to fake that it arrived. Thankfully ****** refunded me but I cant do anything to tell others this is a scam site. All phone numbers listed are the same and no one answers.

    On 10/11/24 i ordered a riding lawn mower online from SEACAYAGO in ******** OR with a On 10/11/24 i orderd a riding lawn mower online from SEACAYAGO in ******** OR phone# **************. I used a USAA **** Debit card. The total cost including freight was $1,839.88. I received an email with the order # ***** amount etc to my email: ************************ I wanted to surprise my husband, our mower had died & we needed one. next morning he saw the email and said it was very low price for a full riding lawn mower. We looked up the **************** started reading the online feedback. I was upset to see (esp. BBB site) say it was a scam!! I immediately called the company but no one answered. I emailed them & the response from "****" **************** was the same email others noted: it would be delayed due to low stock. I was upset &sent an email canceling the order, asking for my money back. Nothing! So I called my bank **** because that's more money than I get a month on SSDI ! **** said it could take up to 30 ******** was given a provisional credit (temporary) of $1839.88. I got a 2nd email from **** stating they were getting my order & thanking me saying they would give me a "free gift" with my late order. Again I asked for my money back. Nothing. In November **** reversed the credit & took it back out as a valid charge. I called the bank who said the company had given them a ***** tracking # showing it was delivered. As we had never gotten the riding mower, I went to ***** & saw a 44# box pictured on a doorstep at an address actually here in my own town. Not my house. I called ***** & learned this box &tracking # was sent from ****, addressed to that housem It was NOT my package. I called my bank to reopened the dispute. This is when the problems got huge. **** has refused to help me. I called texted yelled over n over. Nothing. No money, no product I'm so upset I'm devastated. I even got another email in Nov from SEACAYAGO saying it was coming! Still 0

    Purchased item through seller's website. No further communication was received for shipping information. Their phone number does not work, and no response back for email concerns. Fraud claim needed to be submitted to credit card.

    I purchased a swing set for my daughter 4th birthday from this company back in ************** that I never received now I am left to pay Klarna $550 for an item I did not receive. I have been trying to contact this company by phone and email with no response. Can someone please help me

    Call your bank for refund, it's not our mistake, but stripe closed our account and all the money blocked we can't refund or anything, that why we can't ship the items

    On Sunday October 6th, 2024, I purchased a Suncast ******* Storage Shed Unit from the ************************** website. They process my transaction for $299.99 through ****** using a third party company ****************. I never received the storage unit. I tried contacting the number on the website and it is cancelled. I used their online customer service chat and was told that the unit was being shipped within a few days from the day of the chat. Nothing happened. I tried to use the chat again and there was no response. This is a scam. The problem is that the website remains active and continues to take payments.
