    Placed my order 6609 on 02 Sep 2024 for a 10ft x 8ft shed and have not received it. I contacted them at the website by email as there listed phone sends every call to voice mail. I have a communicate from customer relations on 17 Sep 2024 promising a 4-6 business days reply with tracking information but as of 29 Sept 2024 no product and no reply. They charged my credit card already. Can you help?

    I ordered a shed from Seacayago on 9/12/24, they keep saying theyll send me a tracking number in 2-3 business days,,,never got it.There was a text sent out to 83 other ppl saying the same thing.The other 83 ppl say the company was a scam,,,,they took the money,but no one received anything. I looked the company up and they had no red flags from you guys,and good reviews. Im not a computer savvy guy,a little old fashioned,but rarely order from the internet.. If anything can be done to stop them from jerking somebody else off , please intercede. Thank You, JDR

    Transaction was 9/1/24 was expected to ship following week. 9/4 sent email 7-9 days shipping nothing happened. 9/12 checked in on 9/16 Seacayago responded assurred me tracking number would be received 4-6 business days with no futher issue. Never received information item shipped. Email Seacayago on 9/25 no response back. I asked them for a refund twice now and not received amount back.

    I ordered a shed and was told it is shipping for two weeks and then requested a refund and never received. I believe this website is fraud and frauding multiple people

    August 31 2024 I paid ****** for them and delivery shipping schedule 1-3 business days. Until today Sep 26 2024, I still not seeing any product delivery at my house. I did contact them on September 18 but they said the refund will be 1-3 business days, and bla bla bla, cancel email will send out shortly, but never received anything until today. Still no refund No cancel confirmation email

    9/7/2024 I ordered and paid for a zero turn mower. the information i got was i would have the mower within 10 days. it wouldn't be so bad if i could talk with someone, the chat told me i would be getting a email with information and a tracking number, never got a email. i want the mower, but after getting the runaround with the chat, i just want a refund and move on. the phone number is either busy or leave a message, which i did.

    I ordered a Suncast Glidetop Horizontal Shed BMS4950 on 9/1/24. I received a notification saying processing times are taking longer than usual due to "a clearance sale" and I should receive tracking information within 5 business days. It's been over 5 days and I haven't received any additional notfications. I tried contacting the company and discovered their hours are not in *** (local time in ********, **). Instead their "working" hours are during the middle of the night in ***. This is bizarre. I have not received a call back from the company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I read some online reports stating this company is a scam.

    Order #**** was placed on August 27, 2024 for a $499.00 Sheds Suncast Modernist 8 ft. x 7 ft. Dual Barn Door Storage Shed. Seacayago website states, "All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 1 business day from the time of purchase." ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED. Phones are not answered and no response to online inquiries.
