I ordered a cub cadet riding lawn mower on October 11th, for $749. I was told I'd receive it within 3 business days. I never received a tracking no. Nor a real delivery date. I tried calling the company, phones always busy. I've sent numerous emails to them( about 15 or more times) stating I want the order canceled and recredit my credit card after 3 days of not hearing anything from them, but to no avail. No response from them about anything! But they were quick to take my money which my credit card company is holding me responsible for. I'm not rich, and can't afford a $749 loss! I wish this company had red flag warnings on it before I ordered from them, but they didn't and seemed like a reputable company. I just want my money they stole from me refunded. It's been almost 2 months now, no response from them. No lawn mower I ordered, no reply from them. NOTHING! please do something about this company! Their ripping ppl off!Initial Complaint

Early Oct. 2024, I ordered a Suncast Modernist 6 ft. x 5 ft. Storage Shed BMS6583 for $449.99.Oct. 19, I received an email from Seagayago with what looked like a legitimate purchase order that stated all the details of my order. The email gave me an order number (#****) and stated that my order was being processed.On Oct. 29, I sent an email requesting an estimated delivery date, but received no response. On Nov. 4. I sent another email, and still no **************, Nov. 7, I went to Seacayago's website and used their online chat, which states that they "respond immediately. " i received no response.I then tried their phone number, ************, twice and both times received a recorded message saying that my call couldn't go through as dialed.Keep in mind that before placing my order I checked online reviews as well as for complaints here and did NOT see any red flags.Prior to contacting BBB today I double checked online reviews. I was looking to buy a specific suncast shed. I searched online and came across it on a website called seacayago. They offered free shipping which was better than alternative stores online. The website looked legitimate. Not until after buying it did i get suspicious when there was no tracking number on the email confirmation. You cant reach them if you call their number. I called my bank to dispute it and they denied it because they said it was my fault. I just want my money backInitial Complaint

I order a shed and riding lawn mower. I have never received it or never got a refund. It was taking out of my account with *********** in the amount of $1836.97. My order number was 6367, the date was August 19, 2024. When it came out of my account it read JMSN Global so I called both numbers (Seacayagos # is ************** and JMSN Globals # is: **************, the guys named is **** ). I talked to **** once and he said that he is a sister company with Seacayago and that I will be receiving a tracking number soon. So I waited a two weeks and still didnt receive nothing, no order or no refund. So then I emailed Seacayago just to cancel my order and send me a refund and they email me like I was gonna receive a refund but nothing as of today (10/12/2024) and I been leaving emails to them both and no response, so how do I go about getting my money ($1836.97) back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for Suncast Glidetop Horizontal Shed BMS4950 on 09/22/24 with Seacayago. The price was $299.99. I received a confirmation e-mail after ordering.The next day, on 09/23/24, I received an e-mail saying my item was being prepped for shipping and that I should receive a tracking number in 4-5 days. Oddly, the message contained CCs to other e-mail addresses.On 09/27/24, I received an e-mail saying that I would receive my item in the next 48 hours. This e-mail indicated that I would soon receive the tracking information.That was it. I as of today, 10/08/24, have not received my item nor I have I received the tracking number. I have not received additional communications from Seacayago.I went to their online status tracker and it shows my order as "processing." I tried their online chat, but they do no answer. They say they will open a "ticket." I tried calling, but the line is busy. I e-mailed them a few times, but they do not respond.I actually ended up e-mailing the addresses that were CC'd in the message from 09/23/24 to see if those folks received their items. They are all in the same *******, this is apparently a scam. I just disputed my charge with my credit card. If it is not a scam, their customer service is awful. I will update this post if I receive any correspondence or my item, but at this point I am not hopeful.Initial Complaint

I ordered a riding mower from these people on Monday Sept. 23rd. I was supposed to have received a tracking number within 4-5 business days. As of today, Oct 2nd I have not heard a word from these people. I constantly call their number and it is always busy. I have sent at least 5 messages to them on their website about my order. Still NO RESPONSE.First thing in the morning I am calling my bank to cancel this transaction.These people have ZERO customer service. MY transaction was on Sept ******* for $656.96, I was to purchase a garden shed for my mother, as it was advertised on there web site (Seacayago). I have communicated with someone or a bot, in there chat. promising delivery dates, which never happened. please pursue this company and they have a large website. please get a hold of me .my number is ************ my name is *******.
