The ordering and receiving part of the process was fine. The setting up the phone is long and painful. Took a 45-minute call to support to walk through parts that were not in the instructions. Hope the new phone works ok.Consumer Cellular

Let me start by saying this is my first I-phone. I was disappointed that I did not receive a charger for my new phone. I guess I'll have to go buy an adapter in order to plug it into a wall outlet. If my son wasn't home for Christmas, I don't think I could have activated this by myself. We had to set up a new email account (which I probably won't use) in order to get started. I don't have a mail (envelope) icon at the bottom of the home screen and have to ask **** to see my email. There are musical notes at the bottom instead. I will need a lot of help to use the phone. There was no manual included either. I had a flip phone before this that was easy to use. It's going to be a long learning process.Consumer Cellular

They do include the charging cable which we send to our customers. Our U.S. based customer service is always happy to assist with any questions! I mailed a remittance statement with my bank card number on it to pay my bill and they refused to process it because they didn't have my card on file, nor did any of the several reps I spoke to over a couple of weeks. Today I called and got a rep at home who had a child crying and finally explained it to me but didn't take my payment because they neglected to enter my AARP discount, even though I provided my number the day I bought their phone almost 2 months ago. I have put in a complaint with them before for disrespectful and incompetent reps, but still haven't got to speak to a real mgr. They don't act like they deal with seniors. I'm 65 and never worked so hard to pay my bill!Consumer Cellular

The only thing that is wrong is that the charging cord has the same size inserts on both ends. I don't think I can charge it with that cord.Consumer Cellular
