I received my order quickly. They did have to walk me through the set-up since I upgraded to a Smart phone and my old phone was a flip phone. They got me through it, my thanks to you all. All I can say is everything went great.

So far so good. Your website would not take the physical address I regularly use. Thus, I had to use my daughter's address. I know the order arrived. She will bring it in a couple of days and set up my phone for me.Consumer Cellular

Consumer cellular lied to me from day 1. First they told me my phone was compatible and I could bring it with me. After almost a week without service a "Specialist" told me my phone would not work and I would have to purchase a 5G network phone at my expense. So I had to go to Target and purchase one of their 5G phones for about $65. And I was told my plan would be just $20 a month PERIOD. But when I got my first bill they also charged me hidden fees for government taxes and handling fed. (Surcharges and other charges) *** cellular .74c, and FCC regulatory fee .01c, and operational compliance fee $3.12 (total $3.87) Plus they are charging me (Government taxes and fees) ********************** (Wireless); OR. .96c, and RSPF Surcharge OR. .03c, and E911 (wireless) OR $1.25 (total $2.24) And I agreed to pay $3.00 for roadside assistance. MY bill was $25.26 and is as of this month $26.11 so without notice they raised my bill even more. They also lied to me saying just like ******** did that I would get good service in my area. LIES! My service is terrible and most times I only get 1 bar which is still better than ******** where I frequently had dropped calls and no service, or emergency calls only on my 4G phone. The whole reason I switched to this company is because I am old and poor.Consumer Cellular

Ive had no problems with Consumer Cellular. It is a pretty good company to work with, honestly, Consumer Cellular is no different than any other phone company Ive ever worked with.Consumer Cellular
