      I did receive my new phone but it wasn't the color I ordered. I really don't care about that anyway but it arrived later than I was told (by ***** and was stuck in my mailbox without requiring a signature. Not happy - but you didn't have any control over that. I do wish you had trained technicians in, at least certain Targets in the area or that you could call to make appointments with a trained technician, when issues arrive. I am having difficulty transfering data from my old ******* Galaxy to the new iPhone15. The Apple Store will transfer data from iPhone to iPhone but not from an android (although they did give me some advice as to how to do it). I know how (via app) but it is telling me it will take over 2 1/2 hours and I don't have that much on my phone. So it will take a while before I contact you to deactivate my old phone.

      Phone got to me on time. Fewer hassles than I expected to get it setup. Automatically transferred all my data and from old phone(which had been run over by a car and was useless). New phone is Moto G 5. Have had great service from C C for several years.

      I truly love this service just I ordered a phone and didnt activate it right away when I went to activate it they said I needed a Sim card so I waited my time and come to find out. I didnt need the Sim card so I waited an extra week longer, not using my service, but getting charge for it and getting charged five dollars for a Sim card. I didnt need.

      I have never been happier with any cellular service company as I am with Consumer Cellular. I am enjoying great Consumer customer service and cell phone rates. Recently, my old ******* Android phone started malfunctioning; and I had to purchase a new phone. My purchase was made online and it was simple and easy. I got my phone quickly and received Consumer Cellular technical support to set it up successfully. I highly recommend Consumer Cellular to all of my friends; and I am fully satisfied with all aspects of my Consumer Cellular service.
