      The customer service is horrid, no offer to escalate a problem. No offer to assist in reducing the bill for the problem. Phone is a flip for a senior non tech person that never worked correct never stayed charged even when no used. My dad hated the replacement that was sent. Sitting on the table it went dead. Garbage. Canceled service never offered to attempt to save the service. No stars would be my review.

      I changed to Consumer Cellular to save money , but I had to buy a new phone that I got on payments , moto 5g stylus 2023 but it's junk and yesterday I had to go to town couldn't get it to work , it only works at home on my own wifi and I still have problems , I wish I would of stuck to Apple I phones because this thing is junk and I owe for 2 years on junk and this is my second time writing this review , because it keeps dropping me , wish I would of never changed because now I'm paying more for a junk phone . My life 360 won't even work says I have no service when I leave my house and I called them to see if they could help me with this junk phone , but they were no help .

      Great Idea, wonderful plans and add ons, but the coverage where I live in Southeast ******* quite plainly *****, and has done so for years. **** is obviously complacent and content about furthering their coverage area as this area has been without improvement for more years than I can remember. Sadly due to the lack of signal coverage, I will be "porting out" to another carrier. Today in fact. So Sad.

While we can absolutely report coverage issues, it is ultimately up to AT&T to build towers in low coverage areas. If anything changes in the future, we would love to work with you again!

      Let's see. About 5 years ago, you sent me a notification that I had to replace my ******** Razor phone with a different phone, as your service was being upgraded to G-? and the Razor won't be compatible. So you sold me a Doro PhoneEasy 626.Then last year, you sent me another notification that I had to replace my Doro PhoneEasy 626 phone with a different phone, as your service was being upgraded to the next G-? and the Doro PhoneEasy 626 won't be compatible. So you then sold me a Consumer Cellular Link ll.About two weeks ago that phone quit working and after several hours with your customer service representative, it was determined that the *** card was defective and that I would have to pay for a new one plus shipping. After a little more conversation, I decided to buy another new phone, but I would do so from within my online Consumer Cellular account.In one of your earlier emails, you had informed me that you were going to offer the new ******** Razor 2023, a flip phone which was G-4 and G-5 compatible. After logging in I worked with your online upgrade procedure to buy one. I selected refurbished unit to save $100. While the information wasn't very clear, I think it said I would have to program the *** after I received it.As soon as I received the new phone, and never having used a smart phone before, I managed to activated the e***, but only after after over 12 hours of direction from your customer service representatives (3). The rep confirmed I had activated the ***, but the phone was not working and couldn't get any signal strength indication. So she sent me a Return label and I sent the phone back yesterday, 12/11/2023 for a refund. I requested a new *** for my old phone.I expect a reasonably generous offer of compensation. If not a new, pre-programed phone, at least a new *** for my old phone. THE **** IS IN YOUR COURT!

      Don't order phones from this company. I ordered 2. After they were activated we noticed a screen crack in one that night. I called the next morning. They refused to repair or replace. The web site said if you weren't satisfied you have 30 days to get a refund. I was told I couldn't return the phone, that they would charge me because of the crack. Buyer beware. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. Mad to say the least.

      I was with consumer cellular once before and it was a mistake to leave.i received my phone yesterday and provided my phone number transfer pin to cc my phone is now active so I'm pleased to be back

      While I love the price of Service when we switched wife's service over her visable voicemail failed to work. ******* did try to fix it but unable to. However when we switched my phone over it worked just fine.
