I've never had a problem with CC. The help we have received with the support staff has always been spot on and ********! Just traded up to a new Iphone and it was easy and seamless. I believe I've been with them since 2008 and I've compared them to others, and I've stayed put. Thank you.Consumer Cellular

So far so good. Phone as advertised. Phone setup was not easy. Have setup phones before so made it thru the setup part. No one to face to face chat. Phone CS was not helpful as long wait times. Overall very happy with what I have. But we will see in six months if the feeling is the same.Consumer Cellular

I have been with Consumer Cellular for only a couple of months and found this service to be very misleading. For instance, (1) if you bring your own phone and you are sent a link in a text on that phone that link cannot be accessed because it is not supported by this company. Only if you purchase their phone this can be done. Which to me is forcing one to purchase one of their phone. (2) if you go over the data plan you've selected from the beginning they automatically bump you up to another higher plan without any notification. (3) the unlimited data is not at all unlimited it is only 50gb and if you have more than one phone on the plan that could go pretty fast. This service is only good for people who don't use data frequently or at all such as seniors. If you have more than one line and it includes teenagers or young adults it would not be a good choice to switch. While it is inexpensive as far as the number of phone lines you add you will pay for that with other charges and being bumped up to a higher data rate plan in the long run. Needless to say I will be switching back to my previous carrier where I can truly get unlimited talk, text and data for a cheaper price and know that I will be paying the same price month to month without be surprised when I get my bill and it is not what I expected because I was bumped to a higher plan because of the data usage. If I could give a zero star rating that would be my choice however I am forced to give it the one star. NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED.Consumer Cellular

After all the years of different phone plans, and companies, ************ is and has always been exceptional is Service, customer service, pricing and quality of product. I have been with them for about 7-8 years, and could not be happier. I do wish that they would get into their own internet service, as I am not a fan of *********************** or any of the others. It is nearly impossible to make a decision on which service is the best value for internet, because they are just smoke and mirrors. Consumer Cellular is not that way! If they tell you this $ for something, it is that exact figure. Keep up the great Work CC!Consumer Cellular
