      This company has no security for your account, they let a criminal who was stealing my identity buy a new SIM card and then asked them to activate it, which shut down my phone making it imposable to call my credit card company, my bank, etc etc to stop this criminal. Consumer Cellular NEVER called me or sent me am email to confirm it was me who bought a new SIM card. They also locked me out of their web site so I can't log into my account. I NEVER got an apology just an email saying my payment was overdue!!!! Of course am no longer one of their customers. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want them to help a criminal steal your identity....

      I have now had 4 flip phones which ended the same way the hinge breaks and I have to buy another phone for $80 which comes to $320, I wasted on faulty hinges on phones. I am one who can't deal with smart phone I can't program it so I am forced to stay with the flip phone that always breaks

      I was treated great when I signed up at a $55 for three lines plan, by the time it ended, they increased to over $100, i began having problems with the phone, called and the tech pushed a button and when i finished the call my phone would not make calls, being out of town i had to txt my son to call them so they would call me and after 4 times of this i had to buy another phone $170 a month or so later I tried to cancel they double charged me on my cancellation. When I called for the final **** they told me it was $70 I give him a credit card number they took out over $100, then they would not give me the pin number to release my phone to go back to ******* I had to buy a new phone another $150 and then it took eight months for them to finally release my pin so that I could use the phone and the phone is a consumer cellular phone and has not worked properly since.!! beware of Consumer Cellular it's a S*** company that takes advantage of people. Could not believe they took out more than they told me and attorney general did nothing about it when I contacted them.
