      I was charged $230 for using internet when I had no signal while in the amazon. I called and spoke to several people and no one will say anything except I owe them even though I didn't use internet. I refuse to pay for something I did not use. They said there is nothing they can do but yet cannot show me a **** from the provider showing my usage. I think I will go back to TMobile which never charged me for this c*** Also they never even sent an email saying anything about data being used. Also *******, ***** in your ******** billing department told me that some of your customers get charged up to $2,000 without knowing about it until they come back from vacation. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Also if your going to charge customers without them using internet they should be notified. *********************** ********* **

      I am 68 years old. Got a "link 2" cell phone (their "senior citizen phone" and its been replaced twice because of known issues, admitted by their reps. ** the time, Consumer told me that I was eligible (still on their web site) for a "5 G" phone that would be $1 down, and $3 dollars a month. (The new Link2 pfone has worse reception than the last phone (I can stand in 1 small place in my yard for service) I cqlled today to complain about all the dropped calls and general bad service. The only answer they had was to upgrade, and said OK because the deal at 1 and 3 dollars was great for a fixed income senior. THEN...They said I had to pay up front the whole phone because I had two ( 1 day and 6 days) late payments caused by my debit card cancelled because of fraud, as soon as I got my new debit card they were paid. The new debit card was replaced in one day because I went to the bank, the second in 6 days because the bank sent it. THEN....They STILL denied the 1+3 offer because my of my LOW CREDIT SCORE. Then my partner (who has a score in 700's) was denied........WHY??? No ANSWER. ALL FOR SEVENTY THREE DOLLARS??? I DONT OWE ANYTHING! THEY DONT STAND BEHIND OFFERS AND NEVER CALLED BACK.I switched to Comcast.?769 characters remaining

      I switched from prior cell service to consumer cellular which was a huge mistake , I brought over my own phones (2 iPhones)after a couple of months of service with them I had no choice but to request a release from them! We had no service out of home didnt receive texts or calls or emails until days later. We had conference calls to consumer cellular to UNLOCK and send pins to release phones 3 calls to be exact! Still wasnt done. I called again and spoke with a rep who said we had to wait 180 days to get it unlocked ,at that time I requested a manager which I did get ****** a very sarcastic horrible person I attempted to explain we are trying to get our phones unlocked for a few days and he in turn said oh its a glitch we wont lock ur phone its not our phones , I asked when will this would be done he then told me he didnt know it will take time. I requested it be done asap we need a phone , he said oh ooook I will wave my magic wand sweetie and **** it will be done, he was so arrogant and unprofessional . Needless to say it wasnt done my phones are useless. Due to this we had to buy 2 new phones which put us in a higher priced service! We are disabled senior citizens on a fixed budget and DO need the phones. I would strongly suggest to stay away from such a terrible company for both reasons. Horrible service. And an extremely horrible unprofessional customer service! ****** is a disgrace to this company.

      This company has no security for your account, they let a criminal who was stealing my identity buy a new SIM card and then asked them to activate it, which shut down my phone making it imposable to call my credit card company, my bank, etc etc to stop this criminal. Consumer Cellular NEVER called me or sent me am email to confirm it was me who bought a new SIM card. They also locked me out of their web site so I can't log into my account. I NEVER got an apology just an email saying my payment was overdue!!!! Of course am no longer one of their customers. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want them to help a criminal steal your identity....

      I have now had 4 flip phones which ended the same way the hinge breaks and I have to buy another phone for $80 which comes to $320, I wasted on faulty hinges on phones. I am one who can't deal with smart phone I can't program it so I am forced to stay with the flip phone that always breaks
