      I paid $120.00 for aaa insurance that same night I was charged another $75 I used it as needed and was told tonight that I used it 4 times in 90 days and they canceled my membership that I can't renew it and denied me roadside assistance I barely got the membership Oct 1 2022 my membership is supposed to be valid until 2023 I never was told that I could not use it 4 times it is a scam I feel

      I am showing an appointment/affiliation was added to my ************** license on 11/10/22. I have called and created a ticket but have not heard back and have not been able to get this resolved. I do not work for an independent agency so no company should have ever requested this appointment/affiliation. This is impacting my current employment and I need this resolved ASAP. Can you please terminate this so I have no affiliation with this company? Do you show who requested it? I do not have any identifying information (producer code, login ID, etc) since I was not the one who requested this and it was done without my knowledge.The company is not responding to me and consistently says they dont know who handles this.

      I have been an AAA member for 8 years and have paid my premium on-time every year since joining. When I signed up for membership I was told that the extra RV premium covered the first 100miles of tow to any destination I would like. I was never informed of a policy change or reduction in coverage. I kept renewing my membership for 8 years expecting I would be covered at this benefit level. I recently had an issue with my RV and had to be towed *********************** $2600 out of pocket. I submitted my claim for reimbursement expecting a pro-rated amount of $1830.99, but all I received was a check for $500 stating their RV policy changed February 1st, 2022 to only cover the first $500. I was never informed of this policy change. I did not receive a phone call, a letter in the mail, an e-mail, or anything stating important changes to your membership benefits have occurred. They never offered a reimbursement of membership fees in February due to the reduction in benefits. Further, they never informed me of the benefit change when I renewed my membership in April of 2022 nor did they offer me the reduced membership rate they are currently charging for their RV coverage. They just kept it at the same rate and same renewal invoice like nothing changed. Had I known that their policy changed to such an amount, I would never had renewed. $500 barely gets a tow truck out to an RV in Oregon let alone tow them to a service center that's willing to work on them. I have many friends and family that are also AAA RV members. They were also unaware of this policy change until my recent issue. Similarly, they would not have renewed at this level of benefit. AAA Oregon has scammed every RV level member, collected their money, and is now leaving them stranded not knowing they aren't covered. I expect for AAA to reimburse me for the coverage I have been paying for over the past 8 years.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  They have reached out to me via telephone and informed me they will be sending a check this week for the difference in reimbursement that I was expecting.  I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      My car battery was dead today. I called AAA to request roadside repair and was told that my membership had been deleted due to non payment and if I wanted same day service, I would be charged a $75 fee. My card clearly states that it is valid through 8/15/22. This fee is 75% of the the membership price Which is exorbitant. I was told that they had called me on my cell phone to tell me that my card was not really valid to 8/15/22 and could not leave a message. I have voicemail and I clear my in box each day.I feel that this is a hidden charge much like the fees banks used to charge and that If the card says that it is valid through 8/15/22....then it is valid through 8/15/22! This is predatory and a hardship to those with low or fixed incomes!

      The membership card I have is copied below. It clearly has the membership valid until 8/15/2022. I called them for roadside assistance on 8/12. Called them in good faith believing what was printed on the card.
