    I received a parking violation notice with a picture and vehicle information with a fine. I am not the person in the picture.I have never own this vehicle although they state im the registered owner.Never been in violation area in my life.Not sure how they linked this vehicle to me or my address.Not sure if its a scam but am worried.They have stated it will hurt my credit if not paid in full. They have no contact information to contact them about my issue.I seen a number you have provided on your site and called but has a full voicemail and no answer to calls. I am worried and need help pleass.

    I received a ticket saying I am past due when I never even received a first notice. Based on the complaints I see it wouldnt matter because this is the companys business technique to most likely get more money. Pay by phone: $44.00 Parking fee: $5.00 Admin fee: $6.00 Unpaid 30 days + double fee.now the amount is $110. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. Was my fine $5.00 at first and to pay its $44.00?? I also would like a picture of my vehicle during this alleged violation. Am I just supposed to electronically and blindly send payment to someone you cant contact? This is extremely unprofessional and poor business management, poor ethics, and very predatory. Also, your responses to past complaints demonstrates zero customer service experience. I hope you eventually get boycotted.

    On June 13th I parked in the parking lot in question for less than 3 minutes while I picked up a To Go order from the restaurant next door. I failed to see that it was a pay lot or that I would be fined. I received notice for the first time today, July 31st, in the form of 2 letters. One is dated June 15th, the other July 28th. I received both of these today. They both include a 30 day late fee, even though by June 15th I wouldn't have owed a late fee. I've contacted the business and haven't received a response. I'd like to resolve this as I didn't received notice of this fine prior to it qualifying for a late fee.

    Hello, I filed a complaint against Skyy Parking in *********, ******. Unfortunately, their reply was not helpful or productive and I'm wondering if there are any next steps I can take through the BBB? The incident in question is that I parked at this private lot without realizing it wasn't a public lot. I picked up To Go food from the business next door. My own receipts show that I was only in the parking lot for just over one minute. This happened on June 13th. Last week, on Monday July, 31st, I received a citation from this business for that day in the form of 2 notices. One notice was dated June 15th, but postmarked by the mailman July 28th. The second notice was dated July 28th, and postmarked July 29th. Both notices have a "late fee" assessed that doubles the fine. However, I never received the original notice, as it is very clearly postmarked July 28th and only just now sent to me. I never even had an opportunity to pay the original fine before it doubled. And now as I pursue other options my timeline is limited due to this as well. The owner responded to my original complaint on here simply saying "Send proof of payment". Obviously, I don't have proof of payment. I'm more than happy to pay a fine as I failed to read the signs. However, I refuse to pay a fine that is predatory and extreme for the incident in question.     I parked on the side of a parking lot for less than 3 minutes. Then I received a SKYY PARKING VIOLATION NOTICE for $60. Thats a ridiculous fine. I dont know how can they charge for this ridiculous amount as a fine. After I received the notice, I sent an appeal to them. Now they charged me $120 without any notification. I am doubting this companys actions.

    Ticket#: 23bv062535 I Received an automatic parking ticket for parking in their lot including camera footage of me entering the lot and me walking to check rates. When I saw the rates I immediately turned around, got in my car and left. I know they have camera footage of that as well. I wasn't there for longer than 2 minutes - the time to check rates on the wall, and then leaving. There is no way to call because they don't have a phone number on their website. I only got a phone number from the BBB site, and when I call the mailbox is full. They NEED a way to contact a live human to resolve these issues, and it seems they knew my circumstances because they have video footage, but they cite anyway and hope to get away with it.

    Skyy Parking sent me a fine saying I parked in their parking lot. I did not. I drove in and drove out never parked or got out of my car. They have no phone number at all. This is a predatory business.

My truck is marked as a commercial vehicle , Company name on both sides.I was not aware that H3**03437393934393738H expects delivery drives and service personal to pay for H3139333**633313****2H while providing H373736343**7363736H at this location. I'm there once a month for about 30 minutes. If I would have known that service and delivery vehicles are NOT accept from their rules , I would have paid the fee, or parked in a different location. I tried unsuccessfully to dispute the ticket online. Their system did not let me download any files and it did not go thru.H3**03437393934393738H does NOT provide a phone number or an email address , only a PO BOX.I sent a letter to SKYY on June 30th 20**. I provided my phone number, email and address.I have NOT received any response from SKYY.They need to provide better customer service and they should be available per phone or email to solve these problems .I would be happy to pay the $ **** they charge for H3139333**633313****2H in this location.I'm not willing to pay $ ***** Fine and $ 6.00administrative fee.

    The parking lot they own on 2nd street in downtown ********* between Washington and Main was just turned into a "pay to park" lot. I parked there for 5 minutes to pick up a prescription from the drug store (there was only 1 other vehicle in the lot) and a few days later I received a $55 ticket. This has happend to many customers of the pharmacy, lots of them being people that need to park close by.due to medical reason. The parking lot is confusing for older people because you need to use a "smart phone" to park there. I was sent a bill for not paying the fine in the 30 days allowed for $110 and threatened with being turned over to collections. After a few weeks we paid the $110 with a check, which they cashed and after that turned me over to collections. I would like to get people together and look into a class action law suit on this company.

    I parked in *************** Parking North on 5/24/2023 at 7:06 pm. I paid for parking until 9:06 pm. According to the citation, it states my voucher was upside down. I was issued a ticket at 7:14 pm, only 8 minutes after purchasing my voucher. I paid for parking and have submitted documentation of my voucher along with the parking fine. I also submitted both of these when I sent my appeals twice. Their website states to wait at least 10 days for a response. I have not received a response in over 30 days.I have submitted to requests for an appeal/reduction of the fine of $58.00 with no response. I am not able to even view my requests on their website. There is no phone number or contact infor to reach out to inquire about my request. It is now 30 days past the due date and I am worried I will have an add'l $44 late fee.
