We understand that such experiences can be frustrating, and we want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously. Please note that PayRange is a mobile payment app. PayRange devices are installed on operator machines, such as the dryers and washers you encountered. PayRange provides a convenient and seamless payment experience to users like you, and our devices are installed on the machines to enable this service. However, we do not own or operate the machines ourselves or play any role in machine maintenance. We recommend that you share this feedback with the location operator.

    I was unaware of a 90 day refund policy for unused credit. October 27, 2022 to February 98, 2023.I have $12 USD left in the account and was refused a refund today.

    On February 02, 2023 I paid $25.00 to the Payrange Mobile app, the money was taken from my account however it was never added to my balance. I have tried contacting them via email and phone and they have done absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. I want my money in my payrange mobile app as it should be. At this point they have committed fraud and stole my money and have refused via phone conversation to do anything to fix this. I live on disability and had my clothes and laundry soap in the washer before seeing the error. I have had to add an additional $5.25 and will have to add more to finish these 2 loads. This means that I will be unable to pay for prescriptions and unable to do laundry for the remainder of the month.

    Payrange has been slow, difficult, and unprofessional when dealing with installation and maintenance of laundry facilities at my complex.

    I contacted PayRange and PayRange will not issue a refund for my remaining balance because of an arbitrary 90 day return policy. I am not asking for the refund of a good or service; I am asking for my own money that is held by PayRange without my consent. There was no reminder that I only have 90 days to get my balance refunded. Finally replaced my washer and dryer after the campfire destroyed them in *********** and not much local businesses that accept payrange . I would like the remaining balance refunded.

    I am living in a building with a laundry room, and PayRange was a lifesaver when it comes to dealing with a change. However, for some reason, property management decided to get new machines with a new payment system. And I have $47.75 left on my PayRange account. Now looks like the only way that is to return money is a refund to the credit card. But in the meantime, I canceled that card and now I can't get my money back. I called and ask if they have another location/option close to me so that I can spend it, but according to the person I exchanged emails with, they dont have a list like that. I think that PayRange should have another option, check or money order, or anything else. According to ********** law, it is illegal to have any kind of card/payment/etc... method with no spending and no refund option. I work hard for my money, it's mine, and I want it back!!!

    I used Pay Range for the laundry room in my apartment complex. The apartment management changed out the machines and are now using a new pay service provider. I have $11.50 of my money I preloaded into the Pay Range app that I cannot get back because I am beyond the three months timeframe to request a refund.The customer service representative was straightforward and said there will be no refund. I cannot use their service anywhere else. I don't understand how they can take my money and refuse to return it because their service is no longer available in my complex.I would like for Pay Range to return my $11.50 to my debit card or to issue a check for it.

    PayRange allows users to use their phone to pay for washing and drying machine services. Users must fund a balance to use the service. I used this service to pay laundry machine charges, but moved away in March of 2022. In January 2023, I realized I had money still left in my account, and I reached out to their support for a refund on my balance. They refused to refund, citing a time limit since the last time I added to the balance. There is no app notification or reminder that the user has a limited time to get balance refunded. I cannot find any local businesses that accept PayRange. I would like the remaining balance refunded.

    PayRange allows users to use their phone to pay for washing and drying machine services. Users must fund a balance instead of paying directly with an electronic wallet. I had used this service to pay for my laundry, but had since moved in July 2022. In January 2023, I realized I had money still left in my account, and I reached out to their support for a refund on my balance. They refused to refund my money because they said I had taken too long to reach out. I have a balance of $29.50 remaining.
