      I notified the management property office twice on 12/18/22 that the heat o. My master bedroom was not working. I did not receive a call back or service for this issue the same day or the next day. The issue is still not resolved. I am an ADA ****** as welll Im as over 55 yrs old. Additionally, I have been waiting for more than 5 weeks for roof air leak repairs in my guest bedroom that is causing ********** leaks from faulty sealin g I am told. The temperature in my bedrooms are below 50 degrees and requires ongoing heat to be on to keep the temperature above 55 degrees which is required by the property.

      My 21-year-old daughter and myself moved into Meadow View Apartments, managed by Affinity Property Group, this past August 2022. This property is in a great location, and we love the fact that it is quiet (for the most part). Upon move-in, we were told that our deadbolt (the only lock to our front door) would be changed, as it only turns a quarter of the way, barely securing the front door. Due to no response, I have since submitted a work order online asking them to repair or replace this lock for security, but there has been no response from management. My second big concern involves the company's non-existent attention to the property. I am uploading pictures of the only trash facility onsite, which has been unusable since last Thursday, 12/08/2022 because it is so full of trash and discarded items that either did not fit inside of the trash compactor, or were just discarded and left, to the point that you can no longer dispose of trash and recycling properly anymore. As of this past weekend, I am literally forced to double bag my own trash and dispose of it at my work site. I am also attaching pictures of the grass area on the backside of the property, next to the parking area. This area is so full of dog p*** that it is barely tolerable to get from your vehicle to your home, and vise versa, because of the stench. There are other things that have not been addressed, however, these are the things that are most affecting our quality of living and have become a constant concern to us.

      Company NEVER returns phone calls/VMs, continually disregards tenants/concerns/complaints, on-site management do absolutely nothing to assist tenants, mailboxes have been out of service for two months, Ive waited three months (& counting) for my windows to be repaired, massive drug activity in complex, high crime in complex, maintenance repairs are never done, tenants safety is a non-issue, upgrades are never made, all they care about is getting your rent money.nothing else.

      Date of Transaction; 109/29/2022 Amount taken from Discover Credit Card $500 Issue:************************* (Leasing Consultant) Discussed with my foreign wife the need to pay $90 for the background check, while I was looking at the apartment interior with the Leasing Agent Assistance.When I got back to the office I was told that my wife ok'd the charge of $90 for the cost of the background check at $45 each. I told the leasing agent then that my wife does not understand the contracts too well and I that I should've been there as well before she signed it. I went ahead and accepted the fee and left the building. I found out later that the Leasing Agent had also charged a non-refundable $500 on top of the $90 cost , which my wife was not aware of.My complaint is against ************************* for not disclosing to me the $500 non refundable charge, which she took from my non English speaking wife. We had just arrived from *************** on Aug 21, 2022 looking for an apartment.

      After review of the applicants ********* records reflect the applicants were presented the details pertaining to the deposit being charged, acknowledging receipt of these details as the Agreement to Execute Rental Agreement which was signed by ****** on 9/20/2022,outlines the deposit amount, purpose and in the Deposit Retention paragraph,states that if a rental agreement is not executed due to the applicants failure to comply with the agreement, the landlord may retain the deposit. While our team acted in good faith and in accordance with the signed Agreement to Execute Rental Agreement, in the interest of good customer service we agree to issue a refund of $500, the amount equal to the security deposit paid. As we only have prior addresses on record, please contact us to provide the best mailing address for us to send this refund to.

      I have contacted infinity property for the past 18 months and have gotten little to no response or resolution! My upstairs neighbor in 406 has awakened me at all times of the night/early morning! I have emailed the property, called them several times and really gotten no resolution to the issue! I have been given the wrong number for the security patrol that I have never been able to contact! I have called the no emergency police to keep a record of the noise complaints! I have called the property management several times and gotten 2 responses out of i would say at least 10 callers! I have been sleep deprived for 18 months! I have now started to video recorded my neighbor yelling and cussing at 4am ! I am now trying to find a new apartment to get some sleep and this current property management is NOT responding to the pre screen application calls or emails!

      My husband and I gave a deposit for an apartment on ****************. Then manager ******* offered a 7 month lease since I wasn't too sure of the location since we were moving to ********** from **********. I signed a contract for 7 months she verbally told me over the phone that I had a 20 day vacate notice after my lease was up in August if I didn't want to renew my lease in September, we agreed for 7 months and I signedthe documents. Here we are 7 months later I'm under the impression I have to renew or vacate. Not to mention she never gave me access to the contract we signed back on 12/07 . so I start to look for a new place to move. I never looked for the documents since I was under the impression i have to get out, I find a place to move and accordingto the 3rd new manager I have seen in 7months tells me that I'm breaking my lease. Aside from being very unhappy with this apartment complex and management. Starting with falsifying documentation and others breeching their contracts. Now I have filed 3 police reports against the same noisy neighbors that throw parties all night with loud music and doing drugs throwing their needles infront of my patio. Not to mention a person deficated infront of my staircase and it took them a whole month to clean it up.I have random people smoking cigarettes or even drugs infront of my door that I have recorded on my security system. She has the nerve to tell me I am breeching when in reality this management has broken their own policies and guidelines. I don't understand how only some rules apply and others don't. They have allowed crime, misconduct and have never addressed anything properly or followed up with concerned tenants. Also she tired to get me to pay a break lease form which I know that I don't need to sign because I never signed a 12 month lease. Very careless and poor management.

      9/1/2022 in the amount of $1,019.00 I have notified business about secondhand smoke that is emanating from a connected unit, the property management company has ignored me entirely and now all of my clothes, furniture, and AC unit are ruined and smell of cigarettes. This is a breach of the lease contract and the apartment is uninhabitable due to numerous issues and apartment company not acknowledging me or my complaints.

      2 Years ago i moved from Highland Park apts (Octotber 29th 2020) while i moved, i notified the apartments that my brother ***********************, and Adavionna Brooms were to take over the lease. Highland park apartments accepted assistance from **** and Multnomah Cty under ***********************. They had bills and the mailing address in their name. I went to sign papers to transfer myself off the lease alongside my brother and adavionna. I'm not sure how it ended with them but i had the documents to show and the paper work that i moved out and that they were accepting money in Tremone name on the lease and in the ending told Advaionna, tremone and I no one was on the lease and they needed to move before the 10th of Dec 2021. There was a Eviction attached to my name even though i was out of the unit
