It was a pleasure working with PDX Renovations, and I would do it again. No fake prices or bait and switch tactics to lock you into a contract, just a straight up fair price with no surprises. Not only do they walk you through the process and what to expect but they also show you how they get there to the price they offer (complete transparency). They did everything they promised, No Shadyness here- if you want a straight shooter this is the shop to call to sell your house to.

I overall had a good experience selling my home to PDX renovations. A mold infestation in a townhome is a situation I never thought Id find myself in, with neighbors and HOA refusing to support fixing it. After two years of health crisis for my family, we were utterly desperate to escape. Even priced as a fixer upper, my home just wouldnt sell because of the mold and the trash HOA. PDX renovations took over and let me get out of there very quickly, 2-3 weeks from the first conversation. I took a massive loss on my home as expected, but PDX **** handled unexpected fees that I couldnt afford, and worked with me reasonably and professionally along the way, even with hiccups that can arise in such a large and quickly executed transaction. It wouldve taken me years to save up enough to remediate this mold and sell my home, all while suffering and sick and going through a divorce. PDX renovations made it so I could cut my losses, get over it quickly and get a fresh start immediately. Its exactly what my kids and I needed at the time even though Im overall disappointed by what happened with my first owned home. If you feel cornered either financially, by an HOA, a divorce decree, the condition of your home, etc and theres not a single equation that makes the math add up to help you solve your problem- youre essentially trapped - PDX renovations is likely a good option for you, and Id recommend it. There are other companies doing something similar, but I found the marketing, social presence, reviews and people at PDX renovations to be compelling, while I didnt consider approaching any other services like this at all, because their advertising and processes just did not resonate with me.PDX Renovations LLC

Got a flyer in the mail and once i made the call it was smooth sailing from there First i called and talked with **** he was very nice and extremely professional. He arranged for **** to come out and take a look at the house the same day. I told him what I wanted and we agreed to go ahead with the sale and signed the contract that day. Within 2 days the did there inspections and I was dealing with ***** at the office with the paperwork, she was great any question i had she was always there answering the phone with no missed calls. Even when i said i would rather sign things in person rather than on the computer, she never had a problem with me coming to their office and signing. It was very refreshing and friendly. From start to finish transaction complete with no headaches in under 2 weeks. Thanks PDX Renovations I would highly recommend you to all.Thanks again **** BPDX Renovations LLC

From the first phone call, I felt I was dealing with people who wanted to help me. ***** was very personable and put me at ease. **** came out the next day to look at the property.
