PDX Renovations was great to work with while purchasing the home we were selling. We ran into a roadblock with a renter move-out issue and they worked with me to help find a landlord attorney, and also moved the closing date out a month to give us more time to deal with this issue. ******* and **** were easy to deal with, very thorough and professional too. I would definitely sell to them again. They made this sale as smooth as it could have possibly been, especially under the circumstances we had to deal with.PDX Renovations LLC

With ******** ever changing landlord tent laws, we find that very few attorneys anymore, can understand and know those ever changing laws. So we are glad that we were able to bring you to one that was able to help. We use this gentleman very much and have done over a 100 evicitons with him in the last two years due to these complex laws.

I was really impressed by how honest these guys were and how they really had my best interest in mind. *** understood the situation that I was going through much better than I did myself and thanks to him not only was able to sell my property for more than I expected, but it happened just like he said it would.
