On July 28th 2024 I placed an order for a backordered full zip hoodie. The estimated ship date was 2-3 weeks from date of order. It is now November 19 2024 and we have not received the item. I have attempted to fill out a request for refund form on their website. Dennis's website now states All DENNIS Uniform stores and ******************** are temporarily closed. On September 14, 2014 I purchased uniform pant for my child for a total of $55.56. They did not have the product in store, so they placed an order in-store. I called about my order in mid-October I was told I would receive my in 2-3 week.During the week of November *****th I called the store, customer service and sent an email. I have yet to receive my order or a refund. November 18, 2024 I went to the store to find out it was not open although the store shouldve been open based on the times listed. I checked the website again and it is a message saying the store and customer service is temporarily closed.Initial Complaint

I purchased a shirt from Dennis Uniform and never received it. It was ordered on August 11 and never fulfilled. I also returned a girls jumper to Dennis Uniform and never received what I'm owed for the return. I purchased school uniforms from Dennis Uniforms on July 12, 2024.I received part of the order end of August 2024.I have reached out to the company a minimum of 4 times between August and October about updates to my order and the remaining items that still need to be fulfilled. Each time I received a generic email of your items are still back orderedOn October 23, 2024 I received an email that Dennis Uniform is closing its business. I reached two more times since then about just canceling the remaining items and receiving a refund. I have not heard anything from the company. When I drive to the shop during business hours the lights are off to the store and the store is locked. I have absolutely no way to get ahold of them to make this right. I have 3 paid orders dating back to August 2024 that are still unfulfilled by Dennis Uniform. Ive been emailing asking about them, but no one has gotten back to me. Now I see tonight that Dennis Uniform is out of business and have laid off all employees at their stores and their customer service center. The company website is showing that theyre temporarily closed, but everything in the news is stating that they are closing for good. I have sent emails regarding the back ordered items and have received no reply from the company. I can only assume this is because no one is working there any longer. At this point, I dont care about the uniforms, but I do want my money back before I can no longer track down anyone who works there. The orders are as follows:#*********** on 10/10/24 - still missing a scrunchie, a headband, and 2 t-shirts - I also sent an email on 10/22/24 asking for a replacement bow (or refund) because the 2 bows I ordered did not match each other, one of them didnt even look like the correct fabric for our uniforms, so we cant use it. I never received a reply from anyone regarding this issue - complete order total was $79.46 #*********** on 8/17/2024 - still missing a short-sleeve jersey polo - complete order total was $277.51 #*********** on 8/7/2024 - still missing another short-sleeve jersey polo - complete order total was $159.20 Ive also paid and tax and shipping fees for all of this. Im panicking now because it seems as though Dennis Uniform has ceased all business operations and taken their customers money. I am requesting the following amounts be refunded since I did receive some of the items in the larger orders:$71 - cost of the 2 white polos in both August orders, after tax and shipping $72 - cost of the 2 PE T-shirts, scrunchie, and headband, plus cost of replacement bow that wasnt correct in the October order, after tax and shipping. We purchase school uniforms online in October 17, 2024. The order was never fulfilled. We attempted to contact Dennis Uniforms but they abruptly closed permanently. I have tried reaching them out concerning my order by telephone and by going to their website but their responses are automatic and no live personnel is available. I placed an order over a month ago. Ive been trying to initiate a return for 2 skirts and the website is telling me its unavailable. The sizing of the skirts is not what is posted on the website and my child needs a smaller size. I ordered 2 short sleeve tech mesh polo shirts in black Youth XL on 6/29/24. I called many times and emailed support many times, being assured that the shirts would be coming at some point.
