Beautiful results. Frequently asked me for my opinion of where I wanted to place things in my shower and gave helpful suggestions. On time, professional and very nice. Respectful of my house and cleaned up everything before he left and tolerated my barking dog.

When you decided to use Pacific **** to upgrade your bathroom, you acquired a partner for that project. As with any partnership, there has to be a common goal for it to succeed. In our partnership, the common goal was for you to receive a beautiful new Kohler walk-in shower that meets your needs. We could not have met that common goal if we did not know what you wanted. Also, we could not have met that goal without providing you with helpful suggestions. Fortunately, we did reach our common goal, and now you have that beautiful new shower. Installers were great, they were on time during the holidays and did a great job. There was even a gap between the tile and the shower pan that they filled.Pacific Bath

The salesman was very informative and the office did wonderful contacting me threw out the process and 5 stars to ** and ***** for the great job they did on everything. I highly recommend them as installing and demolishing to a clean install .Pacific Bath

We are immensely pleased with the materials and the installation of our walk-in shower with Luxstone walls. One of the reasons we employed Pacific Bath was ********* reputation for high quality and this shower far exceeded our expectations in that regard.But more importantly, our installation team of **** and ******* demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge and customer service. **** is one of our ***********************, who is very dedicated in providing our customers with a top-of-the-line product, in your case the new Kohler walk-in shower, along with providing great customer service. One aspect of providing this great customer service is making sure that the once we are finished, we leave our customers' homes in such a condition that you would not even know we were there but for the beautiful new shower. Over a two day period, the Pacific Bath Company team of ***********************, ****** and *****, with assists as needed from an expert plumber and an electrician, orchestrated complete removal of an existing jacuzzi bathtub followed by preparation for and installation of a beautiful Kohler walk-in shower. We were especially appreciative of their ability to integrate a large existing window into the shower wall, maintaining light and openness in our relatively small bathroom. We also enjoyed their friendliness and their willingness to keep us fully informed of the project's progress as it evolved from start to completion.Pacific Bath

When you decided to use Pacific **** to upgrade your bathroom, you entered into a partnership with us for you to get the bathroom you wanted. In your case, one of things that you wanted to keep was the natural light coming in from the large window in your bathroom. As this was important to you, we were able to make this happen.
