We had a great experience with Pacific **** from the initial sales call through final installation. The work was done on time and looks great. This was to replace a bath bay with walk in shower. The installers were neat, friendly, and respectful. They did a thorough job explaining the warranty and how to maintain our shower. I love not having to step over the high side of a tub. I would hire them again.

Very pleased with the results. Install was done ahead of scheduled date and completed faster than planned. Instal team of **** and **** were courteous, professional, efficient, pleasant and hard working. They arrived on time both days and didn't leave until the end of the day (a new contractor experience for me) and where very respectful of us and our home.Pacific Bath

This company was truly outstanding from the moment we received a call from them to the moment the installers pulled their work trailer out of our driveway. From the salesman, main office personnel to the hands on installers all were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. A truly outstanding experience dealing with ******. We are very pleased with our experience and finished product from Pacific Bath. The initial sales contact through install. The installers were top rate! My husband was in the Hospital and I was very ill. They were so quiet I wasn't even sure they were even working. They made sure that I was understanding of how things worked and happy before leaving. Follow up calls have been appreciated also making sure we're happy. My husband and I would definitely recommend this Company.Pacific Bath

While our goal with all of our customers is to minimize the impact (for example causing too much noise), it was probably more necessary for your project. We're very happy with the final result. The Kohler materials are very nice. We love the look and feel of our new shower. The installers were great - meticulous with the details and cleaned everything up nicely. It's worth mentioning that the sales associate who initially explained the materials and process to us was very thorough and professional, and took the time to help us when there were issues with scheduling.Pacific Bath

When a potential customer comes to us for a potential bathroom upgrade project, we look at it as an opportunity for us to be a partner with that customer. As with any partnership, each party is working together for a common objective. With this partnership, the common objective is you receiving a new Kohler walk-in shower that you will love. If the bath consultant does not get correct measurements, does not understand your needs and/or does not thoroughly explain they products that you can chose from, we could not have reached our partnership goal.
