I couldn't be happier with the demolition and stall Pacific Bath did for me last month. They were friendly, polite, and on time. They also were efficient, completing the job in less than two days. And, they cleaned up after themselves. They did such a good job on that, I wouldn't have known they even been here other than the fact that I have now have a gorgeous new walk-in shower.I am recommending them to everyone I can and would use Pacific Bath again without hesitation.Thank you, ******** and All. You did a fabulous job!

We were really impressed with the gentlemen who were involved with the remodel of our bath/shower area. Not only were they kind but they were also helpful with our questions. They did not leave until we were given the ok to inspect their work. The site was clean (they even asked if they could leave the trailer while they went to lunch). We are very pleased with the result! I would recommend Pacific to anyone thinking about a remodel.Pacific Bath

Everyone at Pacific Bath is focused on providing great customer service in any way they can. One of those ways is by keeping customers informed throughout the process by answering any questions they may have. Another way is by cleaning up after ourselves. Finally, our installation crews want to make sure that our customers have an opportunity to go over the final installed product before they leave the home. If our customers have further questions or find something that needs to be addressed, we want to be able to answer those questions or take of the issue while our installation team is still at the home. The install team was wonderful and very polite. When some issues came up with the tub height they did what they could to remedy the situation. They left the area neat and clean when they were finished. I really appreciated the lead person and his boss. They get the five stars.The salesman was very pleasant and listened to what we needed. The one thing he could do better is to tell the customer that the size of the tub may be higher than the one they have now and that the opening on the shower stall will be narrower. Also, I don't remember him telling us how different the shower doors would be from what we had. This would have been very helpful to have known and we might have been able to avoid the problems we ran into after the install had already begun.Pacific Bath

As every one of our projects are designed around the needs and preferences of our customers and because issues often arise during a project, it is important that our installation crews be able to address these issues when they arise. We are fortunate to have such a professional work force, and they are able to address these issues without being stressed out.
Thank you for the feedback regarding potentially better communication regarding the tub height. We are always looking for ways to better communicate with our customers, especially with regard to what they should expect. Also, thank you for being our customer.

Our installers were professional, talented, knowledgeable, helpful, and just good people. They were respectful for my home and always cleaned up before leaving each evening. I would have these two guys again on any future bath projects. My primary shower looks beautiful and turned out better than I imagined. We were totally satisfied with the installation and the 2 installers, ***** and *******. They were very polite, respectful, neat about their work. They were very efficient and projected a very professional manner. We really enjoy our shower and wonder why we hadn't decided to remodel sooner.
