  Our whole experience with Pacific **** was outstanding, from the estimate to the install. Everyone was fast and responsive. The installers were on time, kept us informed of their progress and even refused to install one panel on which they found a defect. Delayed the project by a few hours while one of them raced back to Ptld to get a replacement. They took care to protect floors, walls and cabinets and did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. Always took time to answer questions and to give ** space to take photos. Highly recommend. And the new walk-in shower (replaced a tub) is excellent. Much safer to use and is wonderful to use.

  In order to provide the level of customer service that we know is necessary, Pacific Bath understands there are two key components:  a thorough and complete process and good communication.  The process starts from when a customer reaches out to ********************** Bath indicating that the customer has an interest in one of our products through post-installation of that product.  If there is a hiccup at any point during that process, we cannot provide the customer service that we want and need to provide.  Likewise, if we are not providing quality communication with our customers, we cannot provide the customer service that we want and need to provide.  Ultimately, we want all customers to have an outstanding experience like you did.  Thank you for trusting in Pacific Bath in providing you with that experience.

  The install was done very well . The price I later found out was twice as much as some other options I had. MY FAULT! Should have done more research. Im 87 years old and trust of people is not what it was.

  While we are glad that you like the final product, we are disappointed that you are unhappy with the price.  You definitely had had other options when you chose to upgrade your bathroom, and there were different prices for those options.  At Pacific Bath, we believe that we can provide our customers with a superior product as we only provide Kohler products.  Additionally, Pacific Bath is the home improvement contractor in the area that can offer the Kohler products that we provide, as we are its exclusive home improvement contractor in ********** of ****** and **********.  We believe you chose Pacific Bath because you wanted the superior Kohler product.  We are sorry you are disappointed with the price you paid.

  The actual installation & end result were very good but it is taking an inordinate amount of time to provide a very minor repair to a panel supporting the glass. It took nearly 3 weeks to get info re the ************ another 6 weeks before it will be done..

  We are sorry it took so long to make the repairs.  Our goals is to address warranty issues (i.e., minor repairs) as quickly as possible.  Unfortunately, sometimes it take longer than our goal. At times, we are dependent on third-parties to be able to complete the needed warranty work (e.g., sometime custom glass is required).  Again, we want to apologize for the wait.

  The crew - ************************, and River - were very knowledgeable and fast. They took great care to make sure my "hardwood floor" in the living room was protected & were great to answer my questions about the install of my walk in shower. They're the best!! I really like using my new *********** is very nice to look the color.

  When I contacted them they were prompt with providing the estimate. The communication that was expressed throughout the job happened. I felt that the crew (***,***** and **** ) worked seamlessly.   I couldn't be happier! Thanks to everyone involved. ***** helped me get what I wanted at a price I could afford, ******* confirmed everything and kept in touch, the outstanding installation team - ******, ****, Blaze and River - made sure everything was the way I wanted it and were great to work with. My new shower is a lot safer for me and easier to clean which is why I decided to replace my old tub and tile. It looks wonderful and adds to the value of my home. I have recommended Pacific Bath to all my neighbors.
