2 starsThe salesman who came out to work with us talked through all of my concerns. Specifically I wanted more more. He assured me that we could extend it another three inches from where my bathtub was to give me maximum room. We specified the premium seat and doors. When it came time to sign paperwork, he did it all on his phone and didn't tell me anything about what it was. He "signed" $15,000 worth of a loan for me, without even giving me the chance to read the terms and conditions. The installers that came were amazing. They were quick, polite, and kept everything clean. But, the product we got had the wrong seat and I ended up with 5 inches LESS space instead of 3 inches MORE. Also they forgot to take out the temperature regulator. When I contacted Pacific Bath about all of these issues, they sent someone out to fix the temperature, which is now great, but no response to the wrong seat and the lack of space that was promised or the extremely bad form of a salesman filling out and signing loan paperwork without showing the person it is for. Pacific Bath did a great job in taking out our old bathtub/shower and replacing it with a walk-in shower. Their work was very professional and efficient. They worked with us to get it set-up like we wanted it, even getting a change order approved. We are pleased with our new shower.Pacific Bath

At Pacific Bath, we believe that we are partners with our customers in order for them to have the walk-in shower and/or walk-in bath they envisioned. This starts with the initial consultation with the bath consultant all the way through final installation. Change orders are no problem, as we know things may come to mind after the initial consultation. Again, we want our customers to be please with the final product, like you are with your new walk-in shower. I had a few issues with theinitial install. Pacific Bath listened to me and promptly sent men over to correct the issues. Now the shower is ****% better than the original. The installers were very courtious and professional in their work. Their manager even came from ******** to see to my satisfaction. While we strive to have ever install be 100% correct during the initial install, we ensure that if any matter arises after the initial install that we promptly address them. Ultimately, we want to delver a product that our customer loves. Based on your comment that your new shower is "****% better than the original", it seems like we accomplished our goal. We just had the new walk in shower installed yesterday. The guys that installed were awesome. They were patient and never made me feel in the way. I ask a lot of questions . Its a beautiful shower and I am already planning the main bath remodel! Thanks againPacific Bath

In our words, the Pacific Bath team is teaming with our customers to reach this end. As such, a customer cannot ask too many questions. For the team to best work together regarding your bathroom project, we all have to be on the same page; thus, we know we have to keep our customers fully informed. Thank you for pointing out that potential complications might arise during an install, as we cannot know what exists either behind or below the current bathing facility (e.g., bathtub or shower) until we remove it. Nonetheless, even when we encounter these complications, our installation teams still work very hard to provide our customers with a great finished product within our standard two-day installation period. Pacific Bath replaced our **** bathroom shower with a new Kohler LuxStone shower. All phases went extremely smoothly, from our initial meeting with ****, our design consultant/estimator, to the installation team of *** and *******. They were knowledgeable about building codes and instilled more confidence in us than the other companies we consulted. The final product is beautiful and completed in two days as promised.Pacific Bath
