    I have enjoyed all five of the boxes that I have received and anytime I have had a problem and I've got a hold of somebody they have been great they've been professional knowledgeable very kind just all around I've had a great experience with the customer service and like I said I've enjoyed all five of my boxes I think they are awesome

    This company has the worst customer service ever. They ship you defective product and don't know how to follow up with emails or phone calls. I'm disputing every box I've gotten with them for sending fake stones with my credit card company I wouldn't do business with them ever again

    No customer service. Apparently after reading the BBB reviews, I am not the only one not receiving my subscription and getting no response from company. Avoid this company at all costs.

    This is the happiest that I have ever been with a company! ******* at customer service helped me on several occasions with kindness and a deeply caring attitude. The box that I received far surpassed my expectations. Every single item is of the highest quality and is absolutely beautiful! The meditation shawl is exactly what I needed for my practice. It's like this box was hand picked just for me! I can't wait to receive future boxes...what a joy!!!
