    I have sent several emails about my second box that is sitting in transit for 11 days now. I called today and have to leave a message. No one will even answer and no one called back. I expect a refund for this last order. I also ordered jewelry that was on sale a few weeks ago that did arrive and it was all cheap plastic. Very disappointed.     The customer service has been helpful. I received duplicate boxes on 2 separate occasions and they immediately shipped out replacement boxes at no charge. Beautifully packaged and amazing products...can't go wrong with that.
