      They sold me a Uber/Lyft inspection paper for 20.00....i spoke to Uber and Lyft they aren't even authorized to give inspections for Uber/Lyft...the authorized dealers are only in Boston where it's needed i found out...Manchester doesn't even need the extra inspection....not only did they scam me but the employer said he sold 100s of them...they refused to give me my refund

      I went to Waukegan ,Pep Boys got a diagnostic on the car because of the humming sound coming from right front wheel.I was told I needed cv axles ,brakes and valve cover gaskets .I told them to do axles I was told tie rod ends, wheel alignment and warranty would done on car at no extra charge I said ok fine what's total 1200 .This was on Easter ,Sunday .Monday I get car back around 5 pm drive car not even a block my steering wheel is complete turn to right I go back they tell me alignment was done my wheel is like that because of bad brakes so they take it back in I get in car the wheel is straight but still a little off .I drive home ,next morning go a block car stops in the middle of street transmission fluid leaking out of car because the cv axle was not installed correctly .Tow truck takes car back I get car back later Tuesday evening .Wednesday on highway car sounds like a truck when i get to 50 call take car back tell me it exhaust mind you on paper exhaust is checked as good so they replace flex pipe we do test drive at 60 miles car seems fin.Thursday get back on highway car shaking and making noise .I call they had bad attitude so i take car to another place transmission fluid is over filled and transmission lines are leaking .I called corporate three times they said district manager would contact me her it is April 20 still haven't heard from manager of store nor district manager .I spent 1200 for my car to be tore up and problem I took it in for not resolved.Pep Boys what am I supposed to do because of your negligence?

      Today's date is 4/18/2023, and yet the abysmal state of customer service from this company persists. I have made repeated attempts to resolve my issue, only to encounter unhelpful operators who claim to have no supervisors. It took hours of my precious time to finally speak with someone who revealed the true nature of their flawed inventory system, where items are not marked as sold and their system lacks accuracy. Their solution? To wait it out or go elsewhere. This is the pitiful level of service from Pep Boys, a company I have remained loyal to for 28 years, collecting branded keepsakes along the way. But no more. My loyalty has been shattered by their incompetence and indifference. I declare with resolute conviction that I will never again spend a dime at Pep Boys. My voice will be heard, and my patronage will be taken elsewhere, to a company that values and respects its customers.

      I went to pepboys #818 4/13/23 and they kept my car over night 4/14/23 to receive the part in order to get a window regulator replaced but was charged double the labor because the tech couldn't get the screws off the door. I noticed the window 4/15/23 was crooked and is not going up or down correctly. I spoke with the service manager that was quite arrogant and condescending towards me and basically blamed me for my troubles. I then called corporate to file a claim for the bad service and the overcharge of two replacements. I hope to not have to take this further legally. I trusted pepboys to do a job proffessionally and not to get over charged for their technicians lack of experience or lack of quality work being done.

      I went to the pep boys in El Paso, on Dyer street. I had a problem with my car while traveling from San Diego to Texas. They were so nice and got my car done in no time. Andrew took care of everything and it was such a relief to get my car back on the road.

      On 3/3/2023 I went to pep Boys to get my car inspected, I when to pick up my vehicle they told me I need it three things in order to get my inspection sticker, 3 issues Was wrong break light bulbs license plate bulb and my battery to be stable, and secure. So therefore they rejected my car inspection. I went and got everything taken care of and took my vehicle back and what do you know they added two more things on to the inspection,
      they said my horn didn't work which I literally in front of them proved to them that it worked, and a my passenger door mirror which was not a issue before so it caused me to have to go back out and replace one more issues that they did not say I wasn't cleared for the first time I was there. I don't think that was fair I think it was a discrimination issue and I will highly hope this doesn't happen to anybody else I believe some of the employees there at that Pep Boys on military highway (Janaf destrict)are scamming customers and I wanted to be known. So be cautious at that Pep Boys on Military highway I'm actually afraid to even take me car back there.They May well do harm to my vehicle where it's not able to be passed at all.

      Was calling to give information about car and claim through car dealership and manger was very rude hung up the phone on me 7 times and also said he refuses to work on my car due to me ASKING A QUESTION ABOUT MY CLAIM MY CAR PLACE GAVE ME. Said car had to be there already and I tried over and over to explain the situation this man hung up each time. I will not trust them with my car and if I have to take it under my warranty if anything happens to it. It might be there fault due to refusing car in the first place. I do not feel safe taking my car there and also other reviews about this establishment has let me know they over charge and break things to make you pay the difference.

      Honestly, if I could give Pep Boys 0 stars I would. My vehicle was damaged while in their care, my entire driver's side headlight assembly and grill was destroyed. They did repairs on the headlight and filed a claim for the bumper but I have yet to speak with a Claims Rep in regards to my vehicle, everytime I call her the # goes to voicemail or it just rings. Communication has been very poor, incorrect prices for services given over the phone and the list goes on! Long story short I'll never have repairs done at Bartlett Center Drive Pep Boys again!

      I have been going to the one in Bedford, tx, and dealing with Aaron. Well 2 weeks ago I called him to see if I could come in to get my fluids checked and he was like he has customers in front of him and will call me back. I was outside looking at him smh... There were no customers! So of course no callback and so I called and he said that he called me and left a message that was not true because I did not get a call at all! so I ask him if was it okay to come in after I got off work around 3;30-4 he said that was okay. When I get there he say well I thought u were coming in earlier I have dinner reservations. I told him you knew when I was coming in here! he said well I will have the guys look and fix you up. So I went and sit in the customer area and 30 mins passed and then 1 hour passed then 2 hours and I'm like it's a Saturday and they close at 7 and it's after 6 and everyone else has come and gone. So I walked into the garage and ask and they say that Aaron did not say anything to them at all. So I set there all this time for nothing. This is not the first time that this has happened at that location thank you to Micah for checking for me and helping me at the last minute.. very disappointed and did not deserve to lie too!

      Made an appointment to have Tesla inspected, arrived on time. Was told that "because a law in VA passed during COVID doesn't allow them to take appointments for inspections, you are just a walk-in and will have to wait your turn". 3 hours later, my car was pulled to the back, 20 minutes after that, my inspection was done. Have another car in need of Inspection, will DEFINITELY not go here. I have texts confirming my appointment, and photos to sup[port my claims.
