      I just spent 4 hours at the **** ****** pep boys with a reservation to get 4 new tires put on. I understand they were busy but the place was ran terrible. While I waited in the tire line for 20 minutes there were 5 employees behind the only checkout line doing nothing. One of them named mealanie from her name tag had the foulest mouth I’ve ever heard from a woman her age. She dropped every cuss word in the book threw out my visit at different times. My point= if your gonna have customers wait 4 hours to put on 4 tires on a car. Please have some actually nice/helpful people that care about their daily performance in your store. I am never coming back after I spent $573 in ****.

      The manager, Dan Y***, was very inconsiderate of my medical condition asking me to go back in forth to my uber fleet vehicle. I told him that "gathering from the odometer information is the technicians job" out of frustration from the pain. And as a result he pushed my oil change scheduled for 1pm to the next day out of retaliation. I had a full schedule interrupted and he attacked me through abuse of managerial power. It was supposed to take 3 hours and I got back from the things I had to do in 5 hours at 6pm. I was informed he did it on purpose to "jam me up" by one of his colleagues.

      Went to have a light bulb replaced on my right front signal indicator at one of the Orlando locations. Got there at 7 am. Front desk person came out to inspect the situation and immediately leaned down to look at my front left tire which had nothing to do with why I was there. Took one hour and $30 later to put in a new light bulb. The front desk person was nice enough but this was my first and last visit to PB.

      DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR BRAKES THAT WAS ALMOST $2400.00. I told them that was insane and I have never herd of such a thing. They told me that my car needed pads, rotors and clipers on every tire and that there was faulty brake fluid lines.
      I found out from two other reputable mechanics that even if they had to replace all of that with premium parts and labor the most it would be would be about 1500.00 But they have never herd of having to replace calipers on a car of my milage. They said yes maybe one could be bad but never in all their years of being in business would more than one need replaced.
      the invoice was insane, price gouging on parts as well!
      The only thing my car needed was front brake pads and some fluid. My rear brakes were fine and none of my rotors or calipers needed to be replaced. the parts and brake fluid cost me $50.00 at Napa ! THIS IS EVIL AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! DO NOT GO HERE! THERE SHOULD BE NEGATIVE STARS!

      Unbelievably horrible experience. Scheduled an appointment online where they asked the year, make & model and what I needed which was an AC charge. I am not from the area and drove 30 miles to get there to find out they didn't know I had the appointment. He said he couldn't help me but after 5 minutes of begging, he decided to do it. After looking at it, he said they didn't have the proper equipment and suggested I go to another location 8 miles away. He called to ensure they had the proper machine which they did. They also said they were closing at noon because of a storm coming in. Once I arrived at 10:15am I was greeted by a nasty and rude woman who said they couldn't help me because they had to bring all the cars. I explained I drove over 30 miles for a scheduled appointment and kept getting the standard, "I don't know what to tell you." Stay Clear of this place. Just look at the reviews...... 1.45/5 stars. Wish I would have looked first.

      At 4:30pm I arrived to your store located at **** ********* *** ********** ** *****.
      Angel checked me in and told me my car which needed two need tires would be ready by 7:00pm.
      I left to check into my hotel and go get food. When I arrived back to the store at 6:30pm I noticed my car had not been moved from when I dropped it off.
      My car was not checked in and had been siting in the parking lot THE entire time. I could have taken my car to another tire shop to get the work done if I knew this store was just going to leave my car sitting.
      This stores horrible customer service complete ruined my trip as now I have to spend time getting my tire changed at another tire store tomorrow when I should have been on vacation.
      Furthermore my keys where just left out on a table. The rep that confirmed my car would not be done asked me “are these your keys” because they where NOT with any paper work nor where they in a secured location.

      I’ve been going to the same location for over 20 years. I’ve seen a lot of changes but continue to go to the same place. It’s people like Bryan that keep me going. He’s honest, up front, and I can always rely on him. He’s a great guy and I wish there were more establishments with his type of character indeed!

      My mom whose 88 year old received rude customer service from management, she sent over 800 dollars on her car repair and she had to take her car back twice because the car wouldn’t start, then she had to wait 3 days afterwards and when she called they promised to do her car next but when we called we were told if we couldn’t wait to come pickup your car in an aggressive way, then we threatened to call corporate he said then do that, we called the number, clearly corporate doesn’t care about their customers either because they don’t answer then a recording comes on then hangs up in your face, please don’t take your car to this location Douglasville, they also said that they only have 1 mechanic, this is really sad for their customers.

      I have never felt so confident in the work that Chuks and Salas did on my car yesterday before in my life! I had an 8am appointment. Chuks was on the job before the store opened. He smelled something was wrong with one of my breaks and was on it right away! Salas and Chuks were extremely honest. They worked on it until it was EXACTLY right!!!
      I have had work done before here in 2019 and it is a different place!! It is top notch now!
      This is the Pep Boys on Northwest Highway and LBJ.
      I will be a return customer. Robin M.
