Absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, unorganized company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have written and called the ************** of ******* to let them know what a nightmare experience it has been. Credential has cancelled my exam twice and now I have to drive 4 hour round trip to my test!!!! I have a fully disabled husband and can not leave him that long. I hope Colorado fires this company ASAP and they get shut down for good. Absolutely disgusted!!!!! People need these licenses to work!

Horrible experience with the skills exam and credentia customer service represenatives will only tell you to report a grievance. Reporting a grievance doesn't help at all

I took my skills test on Jul 25th and was told by my ******* that I would receive my results "no later than tomorrow". I did not receive my results the next day so I used Credentia's support chatbox to ask how long it takes to get results up and they told me it can take up to 3 days no including weekends. This contrasts their website which claims it takes up to 24 hours. I received my results on Jul 28th in the evening and I failed. The skill I failed was electronic blood pressure and it claimed that I failed all 13 steps. I remember doing each step and I still have the paper that I wrote the pressures down on. I filed a grievance report but I was told it would take up to 30 days for them to process it. I do not have *************************************** a different state and I leave on Aug 9th. I cannot reschedule for an exam within their 10 day policy so I have to count on my grievance report. I tried asking for an exception to this policy to take the exam on Aug 7th, but they are adamant about not allowing it because "their system won't allow it".I took my written exam on July 18th and passed it but not without their system giving me problems. I did the check with exam room ai to make sure my webcam and mic were working. My test was scheduled for 1300 so I joined the wait room for an onboarding agent at 1230. It took several minutes for an agent to join and when he did he left immediately. Then I waited for a second agent to join and this time I tried typing in the chatbox to the agent but he left too quick which made me realize my mic and camera were not working. A third agent joined and she actually helped me and directed me to their phone number. I called and was told to download Zoho Assist which let another person control my computer to fix the problem. I started my test at 1340. During the test each question lagged for ***** seconds. When I finished the ******* was hard to understand and screamed at me when I asked him to repeat himself.

Yesterday I took my CNA skilled test in Revolutionary home healthcare in ********* PA. I was a former CNA for years that went to school to become hey certified medical assistant and I passed my college class and worked as a certified medical assistant for seven years. I decided I wanted to get back into being a CNA because I really love one on one patient care. I had let my CNA lapse so I went through the necessary steps. I passed my written test with flying colors, and I went to take my skills test yesterday. The instructors name was *****. I just got my results back this morning and she failed me for two different things one being the compression stocking which she said I failed three of the steps for five and six, which I know I Did flawlessly, there wasnt even a wrinkle in the sock. I said wrinkle free and she acknowledged it. The other part that she says that I failed was the weight part. I was using one of those old-school Doctors scales that you have to shift the weight. All their equipment was very outdated. So I proceeded to do the weight on the person I was assigned to. The part that you have to shift every 50 pounds wouldnt move so the instructor fixed it and then all of a sudden it worked better so I asked her if I could show her something she said yes. So I wanted to show her that I could do the weight so I redid the weight and it worked perfectly and she acknowledged that I did do the weight and did it perfectly and she thanked me for showing her and she acknowledged she acknowledged that I know how to do weight. Yet when I get my results back today, she failed me. Meanwhile, there is another younger girl there who was given four chances to do the blood pressure and get it right and was also given a hint on how to do bed rails because she was not sure, she ended up putting both bed rails up which she shouldve failed for. I feel because Im 56 years old that I was discriminated against because there is no way I failed Either of these. Im Devastated

My name is ***************************, I have been trying to take the medication aide exam for 2 years. I have paid money twice for this exam, each time I have gotten the run around. I have proof of all the conversations I have had with different rep. concerning this issue. This pass week my coworker registered for the same exam and had no problem getting accepted. I tried to registered today (06/08/2024),paid my money ,and then the website said something went wrong. I contacted a representative who stated they would create a ticket to get it resolve. I know there has to be between 10 to 15 tickets in this system with my name on them. And the scheduled date I picked was 06/10/2024@5:20pm. Which is the date and time the representative said my issue should be resolved.

I have mailed out a letter of good standing request as a CNA in Pennsylvania to credentia 3 times to be sent to the massage board of Pennsylvania yet the massage board still have not received it! This is delaying my application for a temp license as a massage therapist so I can work!

Horrible experience, I finished my CNA classes, done with my skills test and went ahead and applied for my Written tests on the 1/8/24, paid for the fees and scheduled for 1/10/24… first and foremost they all seem to be incompetent…nobody could tell why I I was unable to access my exam. Made a couple of phone calls, sent emails as instructed and yet till date they have not responded or acted accordingly. They even told me to send the additional information to their case team in which I did on the 1/11/24 and today their agent says they didn’t receive my email and that I should resend…I therefore ask him to confirm it’s received and I see him type and untype only to say that he’s unable since he is not part of their team.. I ask for a phone number to contact them and he says they don’t have a phone number… like seriously what sort of company is this? I am so fed up with the follow ups and explaining my issues every time… they already took their money, why is it that hard for them to fulfill their part?? I wish I could take the exam somewhere else.

Do not waste ur time . I took my exam on December 2 it is now January 13 The evaluator told us that we would have our results *by the end of the day*. I've called repeatedly and there's been no change. Left multiple emails I'm stuck in a dead end, Even if I failed, I would at least be able to schedule a second test, but I can't even do that. The rest of these reviews are disheartening . Such a shitty company with shitty customer service nd employees .

Failed me on a whole entire skill saying I missed every single step. PROM on knee and ankle a seven step skill my test says I missed EVERY SINGLE STEP. HOW?? I figured it must’ve been an error with the score sheet being misplaced I called and also used the chat filter to ask if there was ever a score sheet filed for this specific skill and wether everything was marked as no or if the sheet was literally just not on file. I was told they can’t answer and to file a grievance form and wait for them to do an investigation. I’m a single mother of 2 i pay 2200 for rent I need a job now. I don’t have time for an investigation on something I know I completed. This was also my last chance to test so I will have to spend another $1200+ I don’t have and redo a whole class because of YOUR MISTAKE, this is an error on YOUR end. You’re dealing with people’s income and how they put food on the table and a roof over their heads, mistake or not I don’t think there should be room for error in a company so big.
