I am really being failed for no reason. I admit the first time I failed was on me, I was also with a different evaluator . I was nervous and had no idea what to expect. The second & third time I was failed and the evaluator lied both times saying I didn't do steps I actually did. Her name is Rebecca and I took my skills test with her both times not by choice at "Fair Acres Geriatric Center - RTS" and "Health & Technology Training Institute - RTS" in Pennsylvania. I wrote a grievance for the first time she failed me even though I completed the skills she failed me on, and it was denied. I really don't understand how credential can do a Proper investigating when there are no camera's in the testing room. I also wrote a grievance for the second time she failed which was 12/29/23 because again she's failing me for skill I did complete. It's pending. This company is clearly fraud asf and in it with the evaluator failing people for no reason to get more money. The world needs CNA's and people to join the medical field period. I will be looking into this legally and disputing charges for the second and third time testing at my bank.

I passed my CNA exam in July in Maryland 2023. Two weeks go I filed to have certification transcripts transfer to PA via
credentia PA/ reciprocity. I just received another email stating that they still have not gotten an upload of my certificate. I did it twice. And the pictures are still visible in the upload PA credentia login. This is frustrating. Because this the second time I have done. And now the email says. Final warning ??. Please just transfer my CNA/ GNA certification Please.

I took my written test on 12-17-23 and was told by the proctor I would have my results the next day. Now here we are 5 days and still no results. Every time I call them they give me a different number of days to wait. The man was so rude that I had to call the state office to report him. I was even disconnected from the online person on purpose. I need these results to get in my nursing program and it sucks that I may miss out which will put me a year back all because I can’t get my results from a test I took.

I scheduled to take the written exam and when I got there, I was told I couldn’t take the exam well actually the whole class couldn’t take the exam because our test books were never sent to the testing site and this was almost 3 weeks ago and I still can’t reschedule to take a new written exam and when I call they just keep giving me the runaround and no one has gotten back to me and I paid for this test. I feel bad because some people in the class needed that test in order to keep their jobs and I can’t get a job until I take this test .

I think they just too strict especially for a license that you will not make excellent money for doing! I have a disability and cannot get any assistance to help me!!

My daughter went to meet with the proctor for her skills test. She had to wait for over 5 months for this appointment and had to drive seven hours away for this appointment. She went to the room she was instructed too but some one told her that wasn’t were they tested anymore and walked her to the deans office. The proctor ended up leaving and refuses to return to do her test. We reached out to the company and she has to prove this occurred before they will made another appointment for her. There are no other options in the state of Colorado for her to go thought to get the testing done only this company. It has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with them! With all these bad reviews they should be shut down!!

I would never recommend anyone in the states that utilize this service to become educated in any of the certifications that it handles.
Ever since Pearson Vue sold out, I hadn't been able to get my CNA renewed.
The only testing centers are 150+ miles away, and when I took the risk and tried to make it there, my test time was at 10:30 AM and didn't test until 02:30 PM and couldn't leave to go get something to eat or anything unless I wanted to risk not being tested and wasting the $95 dollars. Needless to say, I don't think anyone would do good on a test they hadn't taken in a decade under those circumstances, so I am just waiting for a closer test center to be available to me. It doesn't make sense that out of all of the CNA programs that exist, that I cannot find a testing center for months in my location. The job title itself is NOT WORTH IT. They probably make more money from scamming renewing CNAs than they do from the insurance. I am just so frustrated and ready to exit the CNA field and get my EMT so I can ensure that ACCREDITED powers at be are handling my CREDENTIALS.
It's ironic as can be that the name is credentia and they aren't even BBB accredited.
Next time a news article pops up that CNA's are neglecting residents or whatever, keep in mind that half of us can't even work because the scammy janky agency that gives us the credentials, is TERRIBLE. I hate them and I hope they go bankrupt.

I took my exam on the 4th of November, 11 days ago. The evaluator told us that we would have our results *by the end of the day*. It's been 11 days now. I've called repeatedly and there's been no change. I'm stuck in a dead end, low paying job while rent/bills go up, and Credentia takes their sweet time. Even if I failed, I would at least be able to schedule a second test, but I can't even do that. The rest of these reviews are disheartening to say the least. Am I going to be stuck in limbo, with a raise being dangled in my face for the next 3 months, waiting for an answer?

0 in the reciprocity process. None of the worker can help you through the issue. It’s been almost a week and my application still says pending. They rejected it 3 times saying I couldn’t provide proof and cna employee when I just got my license and have never worked as a cna
