    These people are the worst! Its so frustrating trying to get testing done and it's no resolution to the problem. Bring Pearson vue back.

    After completing the written and skills test, other classmates of mine received their written and manual results in the self-addressed envelope. I only received my written results which seemed to be from NNAAP. There was attached a note on how to contact Credentia with "skills" written in pencil across the top. When I contacted Credentia by phone at their main number, I was instructed to go to their website and select "Northern California" and then sign up for a CNA*** account. Please note I was instructed to do this after I took the test so the account I have right now did not exist on the day of the test. Also note that I explained I resided in Southern California but was instructed to select "Northern California" anyway. I was told over the phone that there was no record of me in any manner or any test I took.

    Later when I called, they instructed me to contact a different number according to page thirty eight of the Nurse Assistant handbook on their website. When I called that number they said that they do not have my results and that the only people who can have my results is the Southern Regional Testing center. When I contacted the Southern Regional Testing Center, all they did was email Credentia again which implies that they do not have my results.

    I also followed the instructions to email scorenow (at) getcredentia.com. After both I and the Southern Regional Testing Center contacted Credentia at this email, I have received no response.

    If I could leave a 0 I would, they got everyone’s results back but mine, somehow mine got messed up LMFAO, seriously a joke we pay for the tests and this is OUR livelihood if you can’t be consistent with EVERYONE you should be giving refunds.
    Joke of a company.
    Nobody knows jack shit.
    Pissed off is an understatement.

    Absolute joke, everyone I tested with got their results immediately and I’m STILL waiting, should be able to tell people immediately. If I could leave a 0 out of 10 I would. We pay for this test should be able to get results immediately.

    The written test is proctored by people who do not speak English well which was very confusing. The set up for the online computer written test is infeasible for anybody who does not have a modern computer, a strong internet connection, and a private room at home. In other words, if you’re not well off, you probably can’t take the test easily at home. I failed the skills test because the proctor actually wasn’t paying attention and didn’t see me perform a skill that I did perform. I appealed and was denied. This company is clearly not well run.

    I arrived to take my test at the correct location at the correct time, I waited for 4 hours for someone to arrive, no one ever showed up, I called multiple times and no one was able to give me any information on where anyone was or what I should do, they told me to document and I did, I submitted my documentation and my request was rejected and I was told it was my fault no one showed up. They will not help in any way. I have no way to reach anyone that can answer any questions or take care of the issues they have created.

    I recently attempted to renew my CNA license through Credentia and I was not able to do so because Credentia has a list of facilities and nursing agencies that they only approve of . If you worked at a facility or agency that is not on their list you are not able to move forward in the process. I worked with a well known agency for 4 years until I moved out of state in November 2022 and now I have to start all over again with testing because of this. I've been in this field for over 20 years and I have worked in both facilities and in agencies for the past 5 years and I have never had this issue renewing my license under PearsonVue. This is very frustrating and is not helping in making relocating a smoother transition. Please bring PearsonVue back!!

    Horrible websites and company.i am a cna currently working,have been calling for four weeks trying to get my license renewed.my company is not in the drop box on the website,type it in my application keeps getting rejected.no can help .they answer the phone after a fifteen minutes of waiting to waste your time .

    I’ve done my skills exam and failed and I know I didn’t fail I am a PCT for a hospital I think some of these facilities like taking people money and then I had to wait over 3 hrs to take my skills exam and the AC was on high so it was cold in the room. Then I had to drive 55 mins just to let me the next day that I failed , I’m going to start a petition because theirs no way you have to do a skills exam when you do a. Clinical rotation and classroom rotation as well, you shouldn’t have to do this. You should be able to take the written exam and get your license.
