      You would think Pennsylvania would have a better set up for local tax collectors. Nope, they chose this incompetent company. File taxes every year and send in my paperwork and w2 showing taxes were paid and every year I get a letter saying they weren’t filed. How are these idiots still in business? Stupidity at its finest

      They are a fraud company. Impossible to find anyone or speak with a representative. Should be investigated by the government

      I just received (I believe) my second delinquent tax notice! Back in 2019 I received a letter from them for some delinquent service fees from 2017 and with their outrageous penalties I paid about $150 for an alleged 20 dollar fee. I paid it without question. And now SIX YEARS LATER I received another letter!!! Claiming the exact same thing. I moved over 1000 miles away. Over 5 years ago. And im still being harassed by this company. This time im going to court. I would avoid this company as if it were the plague

      Received an email today from my job stating that they were going to be garnishing my wages for taxes from two years ago which have already been paid. I've tried reaching out to them via phone call and it claims their hours are from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, but I'm not getting any response. They've sent me maybe one or two pieces of mail all year so I'm not getting this "You are receiving this notice after several attempts" nonsense.

      They are a horrible company that collects taxes, has a lousy website and charges too many fees. Watch your mail in Pennsylvania, because they will send you a bill for a 'Per Capita Tax' I have missed the bill in the mail and have been charged late fees over $50.00 for a bill that was $15.00. They also are poor at keeping records of the taxes you paid and you cannot dispute that with them, they just send it to collections. They are a privatized tax collection company and are even more incompetent replacement for already incompetent government employees. Like others on here I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I miss Florida with a total combined state taxes bill of about $250 after homestead exemption, and also no bullshit taxes like Occupational Privilege, Per Capita and LST Tax I guess LST means Lazy State Turds.

      Garnished my husband's wages for local taxes that I owed from a place I didn't live in for 9 years. Took multiple calls and emails to get that solved, after they asked for proof that we paid the taxes! Why would we pay local taxes for a township we don't live in! They claimed it was for me and not him. So, they knew I was married but didn't know I moved out of that township BEFORE i got married. One month after that got resolved they garnished my wages for the same local taxes! They found out where I worked but couldn't find out where I live/have lived for 9 years!!! I've only been at my place of employment for 9 months, they figured that out ut couldn't figure out 9 years of a residence! They claim they try to contact you,but don't. I've also had the same phone number for 10 years. It's 2023 and they're systems are clearly run on a system from dial up internet days. They make people look bad to their employers by claiming they refused or failed to pay their taxes and take people's money without consent or knowledge. MULTIPLE TIMES!!!THEY NEED SHUT DOWN.

      You wait multiple years like 4 or 5 to give out delinquent tax notice then add all these fees 75 bucks here 50 bucks there failure to pay fee then delinquent fee then penalty and interest fee. What a business you have going on here. Don't understand how this is even legal.So somebody's employer could make a mistake in finance dept to not take the "right" amount out then you get penalized not knowing.... but not right away years later like a surprise! here you go you owe hundreds of dollars. Where is the proof??? Then I get different letters with different amounts all the time for all different years... something is going on something is wrong. So I pay federal taxes and state taxes and local taxes and Berkheimer. This is a scam...

      Just pure trash, and a total scam company. They're privately owned and demand money from you like the mob. I wouldn't trust or pay ANYTHING to this company.

      I received a delinquency notice for taxes they never initially billed me for. This is not my first time dealing with this incompetent company.
