      ->Last night, before 7:00pm, I spent in indeterminate amount of time on a call that never was answered. That was because we lost TV service. I disconnected and reconnected everything I could find. After doing all that, it appeared as if the entire service was in some kind of soundless slow motion mode. Every channel we checked acted in that way. Both TVs were affected. Meanwhile, I was still on hold, but eventually gave up. While we were sitting there wondering what to do next. The TV came back to life, video and sound. Then it died again. We watched the rotating ***** for a while and it came back again. Then it went through a period of on and off service with intermittent rotating *****. Finally, it came back and settled down to normal service. That was last evening, June 23, 2025. ->Today the TV service seems okay, but we have a phone problem. After about 45 minutes on hold, someone finally answered my call about a different matter our phones are out of service. We cant call out and no one can call us.While I was explaining the frustrations we have been going through for the last two days the person just hung up.

      I moved from the residence abruptly due to a 'criminal act'. I closed the account and left. After (2) years-yes (2) years, I received a bill for non return of the boxes. I called and advised them, I was not advised the boxes should be returned and asked why was I never billed. I spoke with several **** who were extremely rude and stated a 'hold' was placed on the account and the account was never closed. My mother called and she spoke with the supervisor ******** who had no empathy---she continuously spoke over my mother and stated they could not lower the account and the phone call recordings were no longer available to proof my daughter closed the account. My mother then said 'can we work and pay a lower rate' since we thought the account was closed-we NEVER received a bill or a phone call. ******** rudely stating 'Make payments' but it has to be paid in full within $30 days!! What kind of business is this?? It's a total scam to not contact a customer over 2 years.. What a sad company!!

      Worst service ever, at least once a week I have to reboot the internet and the cable box. Customer ********************** is a joke they can never answer a question and always refer you to calling in while you are work because the after hours is useless. For what you pay its not worth it.

      I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone. We waste $90 a month for this c*** and spend more time using 5G from the phone then the actual WiFi service. At some point everyday my household loses service. If it was at the same time everyday Id suspect system updating but its never at the same time. No texts, voice mails or emails are sent out to let the customers know what the h*** is going on when service is off. They dont have a 24/7 setup for the customers to call to find out this information. Instead you call one of their locations during business hours and if youre lucky, you will get a call back later that day but mostly its the following day. Worst service to have, Ill update all here on how Loop is :)

      I wish it was possible to give them zero stars. Their service *****. Its always down everything freezes. We pay a fortune to get nothing. Theircustomer service is horrible. Most rudest people Ive ever talked to. They dont try to credit anything that they take from you. I was a week without service. Every time I called. They were rude. Now were without service again and once again rude and dont know when itll be fixed this place is a joke. Whatever you do dont use their service.

      I play video games a lot and they never told my parents who pay the bill when the payment was due and now we're struggling with not being able to get our internet back even if the person on the line said it was back. If we could sue for the cost of a router and the modem i would def tell my parents but i guess i have to give y'all a 1 star rating on here.

      We apologize for any confusion, however all monthly bills (physical paper bills as well as electronic bills) clearly display a due date. All new subscribers are also advised at the time service is started that bills are always due on the 23rd of each month. We would be happy to discuss this with the account holder. Additionally, if there is a past-due balance, we would be happy to have our ****************** work with the account holder to set up a payment arrangement to restore service while payments are made to bring the account current. Automatic Bill ******* can also be set up to have monthly balances automatically deducted from a checking account or credit card for added convenience.       If I could give 0 stars, I would. Your account is locked out of internet when your bill is past due. you must call and speak to a representative. That takes about 45 minutes at least. They DO NOT work with you. I needed Wifi for 8 hours to do SCHOOL WORK. They would not help at all. The representatives were rude. The supervisor never called to discuss the situation after I was assured she would. I can't wait to disconnect.

Customers are notified when their bill is past due, and are urged to make a payment prior to the service being disconnected. If no payment is made, service will be turned off until the account is brought current or until a payment arrangement is put in place on the account.       Intermittent tiling, channel down and my call forwared number get dead air half the time you call it. We live in *************** and have no choice, it's a monopoly. Fios and ******* never showed up and dish network doest work too many trees. The town should look into this , it's been this way for 20 years we did have ******* dsl but much to slow to work with.

      Hands down the worst ISP I have ever used. Constantly throttling internet speeds, and never a stable connection. And its not any of our devices or the modem, its the terrible service and quality of your equipment and installs not just in apartments, houses, but in the rest of the city and neighborhood infrastructure. Not only that, they get away with monopolizing markets by buying the rights from apartment buildings so they only use Service Electric. If your apartment says only SECTV.... DO NOT LIVE THERE. Its an excuse for them to charge exorbitant prices without providing a shred of a decent product. I get access to 300mbps for $100 a month (which is stupid overpriced) yet every 20 minutes without fail their crappy internet (not any of my devices) drops out, probably sending damaged packets, and uncorrectable data. They literally have a section in their TOS that states they do not and will not guarantee a stable connection, especially if its THEIR fault from crappy hardware and installs done 20+ years ago around the city infrastructure. So you really are SOL, they will not assist as long as they are making money and you get internet, sometimes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Especially if internet connection is required for your job or your health.
