      0 Stars! Negative 1,000 Stars if possible! Absolute trash!! Constant outages. They tell me a service technician will be out in 5 days??? 5 days??? I run a business from home and kind of the internet I overpay for to work! Every holiday weekend the internet goes out and when it comes back on it goes right back out again even though my neighbors have it?? DO BETTER!!!!!!!!

Commercial accounts come with priority service calls. For residential accounts, we do try to expedite service calls as much as possible.       Cost is outrageous and the quality of service is terrible. Lots of pixelation and when they come to fix it the solution is to drill through window frames and add more lines. This also hasn't;t worked so we are ready to give up. The actions of Emmaus, likely for significant financial incentives decades ago, to provide a monopoly to Service Electric has caused a blockage for either RCN or FIOS to come to the south side of the territory so we are stuck. STARLink with streaming services may be our solution and we are looking into that actively.

      What a racket. Grandfathered
      To provide the worst service ever. When I was with Comcast I had 1 gb I internet and every pay channel on earth for $50 less than SE for shitty internet and ZERO pay channels. Local govt needs to change this shit!
