They opened a collection on me on 10/02/2023, they put it on my credit report on 07/17/2024, in that timeframe, no validation Was ever sent to me and as is direct violation FCPA as well as the ***** Almost 25 times I have demanded validation of debt and refusing to send to me, which is well known for these MF are well known for, they have been sued and had hundreds of thousands of complaints on them for refusing to verify debt committing crimes against validation, consumer rights, harassment, and threats. They called my phone over 100 times they can deny it. I have a Caller ID revealer from my cousin who is a police officer and my uncle is an attorney uncle is a federal judge, and I have already verified everything to them and what they are doing is criminal. They have no proof that these supposed to charges of mine nor did they ever make any attempt to validate debt and when I complaint against them for validation of debt to the credit bureau, they never verified the debt to the credit bureaus, which is a federal offense instead they are certifying. It certifying debt is illegal verification. Is the law not certifying certifying it like saying oh yeah its real so leave it there. Thats not how that works. You have to verify MF debt and you didnt do that you instead certified it and it is committing a crime and I will take you to court and I will bury you in the fu.kinglegal system until you dont breathe anymore, I already have a lawyer. Ive also reported you to the *** the consumer financial protection Bureau, the attorney general office, and I will bury you in so much litigation that your grandchildren Will be paying your fines. As I stated I have a lawyer I filed with the courts contacted the consumer finance protection bureau *** as well as the general office I will bury you in litigation for committing fraud and refusing to verify consumer violations, as well as collecting practices and fair credit reporting violations, I will bury you with the lawsuitInitial Complaint

I am filing a complaint against the "AR RESOURCES ***** collection agency. I am now having to deal with this company again after receiving a fraudulent debt collection and this time is for my son. I received a debt collection of $1,836.44 sum for my son's physical therapy services which are completely covered through his insurance. Knowing this, I called the agency and it was pulling teeth just to get the information I did from the agent. On the billing statement it did not show dates of service for the collection (unpaid) nor treatment, only showed the facility (ssm p.t). Talking with the collection agent, he finally gave me the info. of the dates ONLY being "AUG./2022" and that was it. He says he disputed it (have no proof of this). I called my insurance company and was well informed that every year my son has attended this SSM P.T that each claim has been paid in FULL and immediately. There is no debt. My insurance agent even called on a 3 way call with me (today), herself and SSM Billing that confirmed the same. AR RESOURCES is trying to collect a debt that does not exist and this has happened with my daughters SSM P.T services recently as well. I need to make sure this does not transfer over to my credit report as "unpaid" when these claims are confirmed to be PAID IN FULL. Upon calling back the AR RESOURCES along with my agent on the phone, the phone number all of the sudden says its disconnected. The company itself is clearly scamming people. SSM BILLING told me and my insurance agent that their offices do not send collections over to this company whatsoever and did not recognize the name "AR RESOURCES **** or their address. I would like to be assured being they have my kids information, clearly, that this is not affecting them in any way as well as reflecting on my credit report as they are fraudulent charges. The ** RECOURCES **** again was not helpful but more so did not want to help nor did he have the information to help me further address this issue.Business Response

I believe they have violated my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and engaged in unethical and illegal practices. Incorrect Address and Lack of Communication:AR Resources reported a medical debt to a credit bureau without making a good faith attempt to contact me. They had my incorrect address, so I never received their letters. The letters should have been returned to them as undeliverable, indicating that I was not receiving their correspondence.Phone Interaction:When I called ARR, they were extremely rude and verbally abusive. They tried to intimidate me into paying them $100 more than I owed and lied about the account being deleted once paid. They refused to provide anything in writing despite my repeated requests.Payment and Dispute:I paid the original healthcare provider directly through their portal. However, the debt collector did not delete the account from my credit report as promised. I had to file a dispute with Experian, which eventually led to the removal of the account and restoration of my credit score.Ignored Requests for Validation: I have requested debt validation and proof of their communication attempts four times via certified mail twice, standard mail, and email. Despite receiving the delivery receipts, they have ignored all my requests. They did finally send me a letter stating my account was paid in full, indicating that they did receive my letters and update my mailing address and are choosing to not fulfill my repeated requests.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I still have not been provided with the information i have repeatedly requested, to which I am entitled under the law. After ruining my credit and causing significant emotional distress, thats the least you could do. I dont care if the account is closed, I want the information I have requested. Otherwise I will move forward with legal action due to the companys mishandling of this and their complete lack of cooperation.

SCAM! I have received texts and calls from AR Resources claiming to be collecting a debt. I asked for their clients phone number that is supposedly attempting to collect this debt and when I called the number it was some young girl that said shes been getting a ton of calls because apparently they give that same out to everyone. I called AR resources back and told them this and they were flustered and just said thats the number they had. I even contacted my hospital to see if I had any unpaid bills(I didnt) and they said they have had other people call to ask the same thing because they were contacted by this company!! I dont know how they are getting peoples information but they need to be stopped!Business Response
