      These folks are just downright theives and substandard is a complement to them. Over charging and zero customer service. These folks are the shit show of utilities and very unethical. The Texas Attorney Generals office needs to launch an investigation into their business practices in Texas.

      Smh, Iam dealing with no water as we speak , I am livid. They needed to come out to the home and switch my meter . I made an appt with them to avoid a shutoff, so they can come out to do what they needed to do. The day before my scheduled appt. ,I went home from work on my break( i live down the road) . My son walks in from school and tells me aqua is outfront. I went out and the tech said they were there to look at the meter. I told him I wasn't expecting them til tomorrow, between 8-10am and im on my lunch break. He said well they sent me here today. I asked how long it would take , he said about 10 min, which was not. It was longer, but I just figured I can get this done now and not have to worry about going to work late next day. So he turned the water off , came in, looked at the meter. Says all is good. The the meter was fine. I asked if he was done , he said he had to look at front . I went to leave to go back to work. He was turning the water on as i was pulling away. The next morning, while im at work , I get my automated text message for my appt saying a tech would be there in 13 min, well I ignored it knowing that it was all done yesterday. Well a tech ended up coming out to my house for the appt, and i wasnt home obviously , and turned my water off cause he couldn't look at the meter. When I came home from work , i notice my water is turned off and their not open til tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Leaving me a bright yellow paper regarding the meter , and for 50.00 to turn the water on. What happened here? You cant screw up like that. How were they sent out here twice? No communication

      The customer service provided is non existent. You get notices out the random that services will be interrupted or that water quality is no good to utilize water bottles for a good amount of days. To boil all water before even washing your dishes or cleaning your surfaces. All because they have located bacteria in the system or someone broke a mainline pipe, as consumers we just have to accept. When it comes to servicing your clients and assisting, you can’t even get someone on the line, a call back is setup to reach out within 48hrs, how is that acceptable, when water is a reliable source of energy to live. The reps are very rude, just stick to a script, say no and sorry. I also manage a CC for a high business, so yes I understand queues may be high, but that is the main reason to have different tiers of hierarchy in a CC. I have two service addresses that faithfully get paid and have been paid for years, but yet I can’t manage to get someone on the phone and some assistance, other than call 211. I’m not asking to not pay a bill I’m asking for a two day extension on One of my two addresses, as well same day service, but all you get is someone will call within 48hrs. Sorry folks but that is not a way to run a business.

      This company is the devil the website never works for you to make a payment. It always wants you to sign up and why every single time you make a payment. It literally blocks you from the website this has been going on for months getting worse and worse you have to jump through hoops to pay for horrible water and expensive we are probably the only people with two water bills city utilities and aqua indiana whyyyyy do we have to pay 125- 130 a month for water????

      $80 / month Unmetered sewer service??! And we pay a water bill?? They have increased their unmetered sewer service twice now. And we have a $19 “miscellaneous charge” on our bill. Unethical business practices - there’s no accountability for what or how they charge. I’m so ready to move out of the area,

      This is the highest utility I pay and yet have no idea what they do. Setting up auto pay was a disaster, especially when they charged me days ahead of the autopsy scheduled date, the website is absolutely useless and difficult to get into the payment site. They send letters saying they will install equipment just to shut it off for non payment and yet have never once tried to resolve the issue. I honestly question why we have this company when our own water company can do this. Of all the utility companies I deal with, Aqua is the only one I continually have issue with. As a disabled veteran, cancer patient, I try to pay my bills and keep drama out of my life but Aqua seems to find ways to keep making life difficult. All I ask is for transparency, fix your damn website for payment and STOP HARASSING me for payment when it’s your site that disallows it. Furthermore, I somehow believe that when I was charged days early on autopay, you broke some kind of law. No one gave you the right to do that, which is why I refuse to setup auto pay again. I will be speaking with my veterans office and the county office to find out more about this unnecessary situation with this company if these issues continue to be a problem for the involved communities.

      The website to enroll in E billing is terrible. It never loads. It is impossible to sign in. I've been trying to pay my bill for 3 months. I'm not paying fees to do express pay. They need to fix this!

      We are renters with a brand new Aqua account, but Aqua has yet to link the new account to the house we have been renting for 2 months. The previous renters are in debt to Aqua and we are getting penalized for it. Aqua has turned off our water twice with no warning. They have left us answerless for hours after calling multiple times. No bills have been sent. Needs to be fixed you can't leave people without water because of your companies mistake.

      I was moving and had a lot of stuff going on. Received a very high final bill from these people- .. I still don’t understand why it was so much money, but to keep my sanity because moving is extremely stressful- I went ahead and paid the bill ($69) through the online app on my phone (like I always did).
      I received another paper bill from them for the same amount.
      I just went ahead and called in spoke to a Brian, who took my payment + a service charge (anything to be DONE with them!!)
      Meanwhile, the online app payment was scheduled to come out of my bank account in a few weeks-end of the month.

      With everything going on, I’d forgotten about that payment scheduled.
      These CLOWNS still took $69 out of my bank account; although the bill had been paid in full!

      I called for a refund … was told that it would be 4-8 weeks for a paper check to be sent to me!!!
      It’s UNACCEPTABLE!
      HORRIBLE/ NO customer service!!

      1st off - if they used the millions of dollars they make off of consumers to have a better computer system that should be able to ketch mistakes like this and cancel out payments that isn’t owed anymore!

      They can not correct a simple mistake within a timely manner, but can take your money out of your bank account like abracadabra!

      Spoke with a Supervisor named Keisha, but there’s ‘nothing’ she can do either!

      Sooooo I’m stuck still waiting on my refund-
      Also my account doesn’t reflect that I am due a refund (not when I look at the account on my end anyways)

      Hate, hate this company!!
      Typical money grubbing corporate America!!!

      turn my fucking water back on, we don’t pay tons of money for y’all to do everything BUT provide good water pressure
