Several purchases over the last 12 months. Purchased items often include misleading product information regarding its condition. Ex will state “open box” when item(s) are used and/damaged.
Often times, I see people with items yellow MacBid stickers on them and attempting to replace a broken item because the one they got was broke and not working. I know people who have gotten a broken item on MacBid, ordered the same one online elsewhere, then send the broken one back. Same with in store returns.
Then the store who accepts the replacement item in turn sells the broken one back to MacBid which is then sold again. It’s a perpetual cycle of screwing people and business over and should be investigated.

Bought a hover board. But the hover board sent to us was not the one listed for sale on their site. Actually every item we have bought has been broken or not the right item listed as for sale. This company has auctions for Amazon damaged and returned items. They list items as, “Like New”, when in fact it’s all garbage. Won the bud on an area rug and it’s disgusting. Completely covered in dog hair and one end is completely chewed up.
Floor cleaner is filthy and missing the top handle so it’s worthless too. Bedding set has blood stains on it and is also disgusting. They use your phone to give themselves a 5 star rating and that’s the only reason it shows up on their profile. They are selling pure, disgusting TRASH!!!!!!!Initial Complaint

June 4th I "won" and paid for auction: MAC-13894-475091, a Masterbuilt gravity fed charcoal grill/smoker for the amount of $282.49. This item was listed as an open boxed item. We picked it up at the Washington PA location and it was slightly dented and the lid was taped shut. We brought it home to complete assembly only to discover the shelf unit was completely damaged and parts were missing. This is far more than an open boxed item. This was mis-labeled and should have been listed as damaged or partial product. Since this item does not work and was mislabeled, I believe I should be refunded.Initial Complaint

I purchased an Apple Watch that was Like New condition but it is basically a $300 brick. It's linked to another apple ID and cannot be used. I guess expensive lesson learned. Don't buy from this company.Initial Complaint

I won an auction for a Lowrance Hook Reveal 7 fish finder WITH transducer. It clearly says the transducer is included, however it was not in the box. They have had other auctions clearly marked with no transducer, but this one said it was there. I would expect them to make this right and provide the 50/200 hdi transducer that they stated was included.
They had the box open and took pictures of the head unit, so they would know if the transducer was missing.Initial Complaint

I was bidding on M@C Discount for over two years. With in that time frame I have won several items. They decided to suspend my account for no reason. Go to find out that someone has created several accounts under my name. One item was left not paid for and they suspended me. The item they said that I won and never paid for I never bid on it. This is not my account. I even offered to pay the fee to make it right. I said that I don’t do that and I will honor what was done in my name. They told me not to call back anymore and they will not take anymore of my phone calls and hung up on me. I have this on recording and will be happy to share it.Initial Complaint

Item bid on was a 40 bottle wine rack. Won bid. Travelled 40 miles to Butler to pick up. Wine rack was 150 bottles! Got refund . However, noticed today that another wine rack is advertised. Bid on. Have to travel again to pick up if I win. Hope same mislabeling and advertising doesn’t happen again! If so, I want reimbursed for gas!Initial Complaint

I went to pick up a ‘Rivet Modern Deep Leather’ Accent chair on Thursday May 25th at the Washington warehouse. The vehicle I had was too small and the worker advised he will handle putting it back and ready for pick up tomorrow. My father went Friday and received the wrong item (Blue Ottoman). Can I have the correct box transferred to the Robinson warehouse and return the item I currently have?
