  Good place to get things at discounted price.. discount store to pick up items from the bidding app. You bid on items before time expires. Can find some really good deals on big name items. Items are either marked as damaged (missing parts), new or open box. Most are in good shape but sometimes items can be pretty banged up.you can get some items as low as a 1$ if your lucky ??..membership is worth taking if you can inspect the things prior **************** insurance too ??

  Dont fall for these 5-star reviews. Almost everything Ive purchased there is broken and are missing parts. Of course you can buy the insurance, but if you buy the insurance for everything you purchase there, youre really not saving. Also, they tell you you can come and look at the stuff. Except big items are taped shut in a box and you cant see if there are any parts missing. Total scam. Im deleting the app.

  As an auction liquidator, M@C Discount runs auctions on items that were returned to Big Box retailers for any reason. When customers are registering to ***********, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions can easily be referenced at **************************************** will cite the "Open Box' condition code here.2.10.2 Open Box Open Box items were sold by a retailer, and potentially used before being returned by the customer. Open Box items may be damaged or have an opened box with missing pieces, so unless the condition of a specific item is explicitly stated, User should not make any assumptions about it other than that it may be ripped, scratched, non-functional or otherwise damaged. All Open Box items are sold AS/IS. M@C makes all items available for inspection prior to bidding, it is the responsibility of the User to inspect all items before placing a bid on the Site.Customers are always more than welcome to inspect many of our items before they place their bid. We actually encourage inspection before a bid is placed. We do offer the **************** for many of our items as well.   M@C Discount (mac.bid) is a great place to do business. I know this because my account number (that was assigned the first month they opened in 2018), is #*** out of well over ******* currently. I also know this because I have also done thousands of successful auctions with them and because I worked for them as a site manager trainee for a few months..Okay, so why are they great?Currently they have 16 sites and more than ******* auctions every week. They are exactly what they say they are, They do what they say they will. They treat everyone with the same rules-if you are a first-time buyer or have won thousands of auctions the same rules apply-no surprises. AND, they have great stuff in their auctions at what can be phenomenal prices.Read and understand their rules and policies and, most importantly, what is being offered in an auction and what its condition is. The ONLY times I have been unhappy with what I won was when, through either laziness or lack of thoroughness, I didn't know on what I was bidding. First rule of bidding in any kind of auction is know what is in that lot. If you don't, DON'T BID. If you do bid without inspecting don't cry about it later. GO INSPECT IT! On big or bulky items, do you have a way of getting it home? I kid you not, one buyer expected she could get a full-size ping pong table into her ****** Outback (she couldnt).Remember what M@C Discount is. They buy, sight unseen, 53' tractor trailer loads of customer returns. Yes, you might be very diligent to insure every s**** and nut and the instructions and power cords are in every item you have ever returned. Not everyone is. M@C is not a brick and mortar chain of stores. It does not have Amazon's generous return privileges-actually, other than "LIKE NEW" items and those purchased under a premium account or other purchased guarantee, THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.Enjoy your bidding and I hope you get some great items.

  I want to give a short out to the ******************* in *********. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me to my purchased items and helping me load them into the vehicle.   I have had great experiences overall at Mac. I have bought some things that have had issues, but many, many more that were in great condition. My last purchase was a $200 toaster oven for only $23 that was BRAND NEW! I love shopping here because it is fun and you can find great bargains. I highly recommend buying the insurance if it is a high dollar item though, just to be safe.

  When it gets down to the final few minutes of bidding on an item, M@C app shuts down and show a complete white screen. It does this every day and practically all day. Ive noticed in their reviews that other customers and mostly the majority of M@C customers are having the same problem. It leads me to believe that there were never no items to bid on, and since they cannot produce the item, they shut down the app. At least this is whats been happening to myself and other customers. Read all of the negative reviews in ****** about this company.

  If a customer ever has any questions or concerns, they are more than welcome to reach out to our customer service department. In regards to the issue at hand, we always stress to our customers to make sure they have a good WiFi/Data connection. We also always stress to watch a specific item from the specific auction page and refresh with about 30 seconds left. We always give a customer the option to place a Max **** A Max *** is the ***imum amount a customer would be willing to spend on an item. The system will bid for them until that *** is reached. Thank you.

  **************************I recently purchased a treadmill at the MC Discount warehouse in ********* **. The customer service was excellent. The treadmill I purchased weighed 350 pounds which was too heavy to load by myself. Two of the employees saw me struggling and they offered to help me load the equipment and dispose of the garbage. In addition, the company offered me insurance which gave me a peace of mind. I recommended this place to all my friends and family.
