  As an auction liquidator, M@C Discount runs auctions on items that were returned to Big Box retailers for any reason. When customers are registering to ***********, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions can easily be referenced at **************************************** will cite the "Open Box' condition code here.2.10.2 Open Box Open Box items were sold by a retailer, and potentially used before being returned by the customer. Open Box items may be damaged or have an opened box with missing pieces, so unless the condition of a specific item is explicitly stated, User should not make any assumptions about it other than that it may be ripped, scratched, non-functional or otherwise damaged. All Open Box items are sold AS/IS. M@C makes all items available for inspection prior to bidding, it is the responsibility of the User to inspect all items before placing a bid on the Site.Customers are always more than welcome to inspect many of our items before they place their bid. We actually encourage inspection before a bid is placed. We do offer the **************** for many of our items as well. I will paste the ***************** terms for reference. ****. **************** - A User may elect to purchase **************** for any individual item in the auction. This purchase is elected at the time the bid is placed in the auction. The cost varies based on the product characteristics. The **************** product allows the User to return the Item, for which the product was purchased, within 5 Business Days following the date the Item was picked up. This return is treated as a **************** return, and a reason is not required to process the refund. The **************** fee will not be refunded.If a customer ever believes an item is not congruent to the listing, they can bring it back in for a Manager Review. In this case, a manager would review the item to see if a refund is warranted. Customers have 30 days from auction close to do this and it is at the sole discretion of a manager. Auction liquidation is very much a learning experience and it isn't always for everyone. If one follows our terms and conditions, auction liquidation can be a great thing for many people. Thank you.

  Everything is broken. After you order they start giving you bids you did not make. If you buy assurance they keep 20% for charges. A 5 ********** you don't make **** an 80 ********** you did not make ******. DO NOT DO IT

  M@CBID is a legit auction site.But the new policy change for store to store transfers, terrible in my opinion!I pay $29.99 a month for the premium membership. One of the main reasons I have the membership is for the free unlimited, store to store transfers. The closest store to me is the ********** location. Recently, changes were made, taking away multiple locations able to transfer to your ********** store. So now my shopping is limited to only 2 locations, compared to what use to be 5 locations. Why not add more store to store transfer, not decrease your options.I come from a different state to purchase items from M@C already. Let alone, having to travel even further bc of a policy change. Yet, I'm paying for a membership!I'm paying the same price for the membership, yet the perks of being a member are decreasing.And it was a very drastic change at that, 5 locations, down to 1. I'm considering canceling my membership all together. My shopping options are now limited to 2 stores, compared to over 5.Bummer!

  We appreciate the feedback by this customer and we will respond like this. The company as a whole is expanding at a very rapid pace. With expansion comes change. It is obviously better for the company and the customers to have multiple warehouses customers can bid from. The new region the ********** location is situated in is the Tri-State Region. The region, as it stands right now, consists of our ********** and Bridgeport locations. We are looking to add new warehouses to this region in the very near future. It is looking to be *********, ** and **********, ** will be added to this region. We do not have official word on that as of yet, so those locations are speculative at this point, but we do know the region will be adding more warehouses. We just wanted to get the new regions set up first. This help keeps transfer and membership fees at their current rates and helps keep transfer times as short as possible. We hope this addresses the customer's concern. Thank you.

  They're rheuves. They obviously hire anybody off the street because the people at the corporate office can see sensitive payment information and charge your card at their own free will! I think I'm going to have to seek litigation because they jeep telling me that my account is suspended. They've even charged my card but won't let me log in to claim items or anything!

  We soundly reject the accusations brought on by this customer. This customer created a second account after defaulting on an invoice from their first account. They were not charged anything, but we did refund the membership fee once we suspended the new account. Customers can always reach out to our customer service department if they ever have any questions. Thank you.
