      Great place to buy products at a reduced price. Have purchased quite a few items at *******. Have purchased items from 90% off the retail to 50% off retail price. Some very helpfully staff, especially **** and ******. I will continue to buy items here as there are some great prices for brand new items.

      The greed of Mac Bids is coming out. I was recently bidding on items watching them till the end. No one outbid me as the timer reached 0. Waiting to see the items pop over to my "won" tab. Items are not there...they are under the "lost" tab. Each item show I lost them for the exact amount of my max bid set. Mystery is how does someone win the item when the app shows i was the highest bidder when the auctions end. Since the items bidding on are common it looks like mac bids makes it look like you didn't win it so they can relist the item again to get a higher price. With this being said, I will be video recording my next winning bid to show this issue. When I catch it again that I am the winning bid at the end of the auction but I lose it a copy of the video will be sent to the BBB and every news station in the surrounding areas of all your locations. Your system is rigged if Mac Bids doesn't get a minimum of what they think they should get most items, this issue arises. That's why they added the Instant Win. Mac Bids is not a true auction site and if they can't act as one then close your doors. Be a stand up business and don't scam people out of more money with ghost Bids. Example is the same item i bid on 4 days ago "sold" for $22 plus fees. Yesterday "sold" for $29 plus fees. My winning bid was $10 as time expired but says i "lost" the bid. The instant win was offered at $60 which no one took on any of these days.If you don't belive me Mac Bids, give me acess to your servers to prove me wrong and I will take back my complaint and apologize. Own up to any issues and show you as a company will do better to your customers. Words mean little as actions can change the perspective of your company.

      We soundly reject the notion that we "fix bids." First, that is very illegal to partake in an action like that. Second, the customers always set the price of the bidding. Our data processor has thousands of bids to process all day and especially toward the end of auctions. If there is even the slightest break in a customer's data of WIFI, it can throw communication off with our server. We also always recommend that our customers to a clear data cache to free up and data storage and to also make sure they have the most current version of our app.Our "Instant Win" feature was just recently added. It is a algorithmic based price on an item that, if a customer wishes, can pay that price. That feature goes away once an item enter the final business day for bidding. If a customer ever has any questions or concerns, they are always able to reach out to our customer service department. **************** is available Monday through Friday 10am-6pm EST.
