    Absolutely horrible. I have never in my life worked with a company that has as nasty/unprofessional customer service as this one They have falsified documents. this company is a complete scam. Do not go through this company for any financing they will lie about payments being received say they never got them. It’ll show in the system that you paid and they will still repo your vehicle and then charge you ridiculous amount of fees in order to get your vehicle back. I am now going through a second round of them doing this to me on the same vehicle.

    where do i start begins with do not fall on hard times and miss a payment. they are not willing to work with you, they want both payments and will only except full payment so even if you can only come up with 1 payment to help you get caught up nope not good you have to pay in full. there web site is trash to say the least. minimum of 4 calls a day if you get the robot line them 8 to 10 calls a day. even if you contact them and tell them hours your available doesn't matter, if i talk to them at 9 am they call me again by 11am and then send me e-mails that they haven't been able to reach me. im was on the phone with them making a payment while one of their reps was calling my other line.

    Worst bank in the entire world. If you have anywhere else that you could possibly go please do not consider this place I was approved at the dealership. I drove off the lot with the car 29 days later I had to take the car back they rejected the contract for whatever reason I still have not received anything in the mail, but this is the worst headache that I have ever endured while purchasing a vehicle. I’m happy to say the terms and the contract was ridiculous so everything worked out in my favor at the end of the day, but the lies and the unprofessionalism miscommunication. It was very unprofessional. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

    Absolutely horrible experience, getting the run around from customer service... I'd give zero stars if possible! My first payment was due December 2nd, I paid November 17th and was reported as missing my December payment to the credit bureau. My original loan balance was $28,629, in November it increased to $28,669 and after my $755.58 payment my balance is $29,240. How does ANY of that makes sense. I was hoping to refinance for a lower rate and I feel hopeless. I originally decided to finance a car to build credit to buy a home, and this company is making that dream pull further away. STAY AWAY!

    The only positive I have is that they DID approve me for a loan and I got a car. Under the worst term’s possible. After a 7 YEAR loan they never contacted me to let me know about my “ loan maturity date”. Looking at this account on my credit karma is nothing but green check marks for o time payments every month. Until the last 3 months. Since I wasn’t contacted and was not aware that on the maturity date I had a $2000 balance due. More than 4x my normal car payment. I was finally able to fully pay it off within 2 months of finding out. I continued to make my normal payments plus additional. They reported me delinquent. 60 days then instead or reporting it paid, reported it as closed which dropped my credit score more. Extremely disappointed with how things ended after all the years of I time payments and no problems.

    They are showing up on my credit report. I dont have business with them and I never authorized them to pull my credit. My score is down because of them. If it is not removed in 24 hrs. I will contact an attorney.

    Financed my car years ago. They always allowed me to make payment arrangements. Unfortunately, I fell behind due to temporary job hours cut. They ended up taking my car but I'm hoping I can get it back before it is sold. I am glad they did finance my car.

    Hello,
    We’re Adrian & Elizabeth Flythe, owners of 2011 Audi 6 and as of 8/3/2022 we paid the car off in full. So why is it so hard to receive our electronic car title from Flagship? We’ve also paid off another vehicle from another finance company on same day and have received our title from them, so why flagship won’t turn over our title? We been going thru this ordeal for 4 months. Flagship said the title been mailed to Nc Dmv but when we contact Nc Dmv they say there’s no title mailed to them. Also I talked to a flagship rep a month ago and was told that the title would be emailed and it has not been emailed. We are tired of the lies and are prepared to get a attorney on this matter asap.
    We are informing flagship of this matter and expect a prompt response concerning this matter asap. All we want is the title for the vehicle in which we have paid in full as of 8/3/2022 and today is 12/17/2022, still no car title.

    I have had a car loan with Flagship since May of 2021. I have never been late, I always pay on the due date, sometimes before due date, I set up the payment to come out of my account, funds are taken out, I get a confirmation number, and they will still blow up your phone. Customer service is a joke, they are rude and talk to you like your stupid. All they tell you is that it hasn’t updated in their system, and that it’s all automated. For example my payment posted this morning, got the confirmation email at 5:34 this morning as well, and they won’t stop calling, even after I spoke to them, and them confirming that they see the payment was made. This happens WAY to much to someone that is 100% on time and current. These people are a joke, and the absolute worst finance company I’ve ever used. I am so grateful that I’ve fixed my credit enough in the past year that I can finally refinance. Please if you get approved for an auto loan through these guys, pass on it. Lesson learned on my end.
