      Great service and all the work was done on time and on budget. Walt is a pleasure to work with and kept us informed through out the job. We were on a tight schedule and Walt went out of his way to accommodate us. The quality of the work is fantastic!

      As a brand new home owner in July 2022, I discovered an emergency roof leak following a major storm. Walt and his team were incredibly responsive and were able to be onsite for repair the next morning. My roof was repaired swiftly and prior to the additional rain forecasted for that evening. Walt was professional and respectful. He thoroughly explained and communicated what the problem was and how to resolve it. He initially recorded video of the actual damage. He then came down from my 3 story rooftop and allowed me to view the footage for myself. He even used paper towels to demonstrate how he would replace the roof cap that had blown off. He was direct about costs and waited for my agreement before moving forward with the repair. I was quite overwhelmed at the time and Walt was patient with me. Ultimately, Walt helped restore my comfort and peace in my new home. So naturally, when another storm ripped the flashing off the side of my roof, I called Walt! Walt responded quickly, carefully inquired about my current concern, and gave me a fair preliminary assessment. Walt and his team were able to make it to my home sooner than I imagined. And once again, repair completed and problem solved! I don’t think I will trust any other team with my roof! Constructive Design, thank you!!! Extremely appreciative- Nicole!

      Walt and his team was great to work with. He was responsive and was a great communicator. He also offered the most fair prices while holding a high standard of work. Walt and his team laid outdoor tile, and finished a decorative wall in our powder room. He even hung a few tvs just because we saw them sitting there!

      Walt and his team replaced a few exterior doors in our home and renovated our family room - removing walls, adding high hats, moving around electrical switches outlets and painting. I really valued their expertise and partnering with us to make decisions in the process. Walt is a great problem solver and delivers creative solutions. It's clear they really take pride in their work and do things the right way, not just the easy way. We felt very comfortable having them in our home and will definitely be using them again soon!

      Walt and his team switched out a bunch of light fixtures and painted a couple of rooms for us. He and his team were fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even helped us move some furniture that was too heavy for us to move ourselves.

      Walt and his team at Constructive Design just completed our bathroom renovation and we could not be happier with the results! We went from an outdated, 1960's yellow and green to a modernized, gorgeous, dream bathroom in less than 3 weeks! Not to mention they ended up doing work on our bedroom as well for an amazing deal. Anything we asked Walt to do or even mentioned, he immediately responded with how/when/what/where it would be done and the exact price. I definitely appreciated his communication style, which to me is extremely important. He is straightforward and knowledgeable, while also extremely nice and personable. You never have to wonder what's going on or why something is the way it is or isn't. He also sent us pictures and tik tok videos of his progress, which we loved. He also always took both me and my fiancé's point of views into consideration, which was important for us since I tend to get lost in the appearance and style, while my fiancé is the practical one. Walt succeeded in both areas and made sure we were both happy without compromising anything. I can honestly say that everything turned out better than we could've imagined, and we 1000% recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much Walt for everything and tell your team as well. See you next time for hallway and living room!

      Walt and his team are doing a complete bathroom renovation in our home. Today we had an unrelated emergency when he noticed my hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. The fact that he pivoted from what he was doing and replaced my hot water heater at a great price the same day was very impressive to me and my fiancé. I would absolutely recommend Walt and his team to anyone looking to do home projects because he is hardworking, knowledgeable and fair.
