      Walt and his crew did a fantastic job on our projects! From the first phone call, Walt talked us through each aspect of the job and delivered every step of the way. On a tight timeline, the work was done completely, and with attention to detail. Will look forward to working with Walt again!

      If we able to leave more than 5 stars we would. Our happiness with Walt is manifold. Put simply, Walt is exceptional. We will be recommending Walt to everyone we know.

      We came into contact with Walt in anticipation of moving when we wanted to do some work on our home. From the moment Walt walked in we knew we were in good hands and with someone we could trust implicitly. Walt saw the smallest details that could effect our home's ultimate value, explained what he could do to fix things, and gave us every confidence. And, significantly, Walt did all of this while charging eminently reasonable prices.

      When Walt met with us, he walked us through the cost for every piece of work to be done and gave us an up front budget which he stuck to. In the end, Walt charged us a fraction of what it would have otherwise cost us. What's more, the number of items Walt took care of without charging are innumerable. Walt doesn't price gouge, he is looking to give the full benefit and is eminently reasonable.

      Furthermore, Walt is incredibly responsive and communicates at every step. We had Walt do the work on our home while we were at the beach. Ordinarily, this can be risky because you don't know what your contractor is doing. Not with Walt. Walt kept us informed throughout and spoke with us multiple times a day. If there was an issue, Walt would discuss a solution. If there was a question, we were on the phone discussing. Even being away, we felt we were there throughout. And this responsiveness did not end after the initial stage.

      After we arrived home, we realized we wanted to make a change to something Walt had worked on. Walt was there the next day and fixed the issue at no charge. Later we realized another contractor had messed something up. We contacted Walt and the next morning he was at our house fixing the issue before we were even out of bed.

      Walt is a master contractor, but most importantly, he clearly cares deeply for his clients. Highest recommendation.

      We had several areas in our house that needed attention such as warped Azek panels, a door to our roof deck whose upper corner was rubbing and damaging the inside frame and a series of drywall holes due to condensate pipe leaks.
      Walt is a guy who communicates well and has a passion to do right by his customers. He very nicely fixed all of the above issues and I was amazed how well he executed everything and explained to me what he was doing and why. It is his broad based experience that informs all of his work and makes him a true asset to have around.

      Walt was fabulous to work with. Walt is responsive and I would argue overly responsive! He worked on a property for us to sell, and keep me in the loop every step of the way. He sent me pictures of the work he did, he even went above and beyond to meet our time line and came in at the price he quoted. He was on time every day and always did what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend Walt, and we can’t wait to use him again!!

      I hired Constructive Design to do a few updates prior to listing my home for sale. I received great suggestions / solutions without breaking the bank. My home looks wonderful, very pleased with the results. They showed up when stated, completed the work, cleanup was great. The projects were completed as scheduled. The staff was very cordial and courteous. I would definitely recommend.
