      I needed front brake rotors and pads.The ones I was sent said in the description it was for cars with AMG package,but they were too big. I called and spoke with a ***resentative and he said it was inaccurate web description. The ***resentative was extension 2159. He put in a new ticket and assured me that I would have no problems returning the wrong parts. He also put a note in the system and told me to call him personally on ext. 2159 when I was ready for my return. I did that and spent well over an hour with him on the phone while taking picture of each of the wrong items individually and their code numbers on the box. After doing that I was told I would receive a return slip in 2 to 4 days. I was not happy with that was on April 9 so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager continuously apologized and said I would receive a return slip within 4 hours. I did not receive a return slip at all.. I received an email on April 14 with no return slip but instead I needed to send them more pictures of the parts each individually taken out of the box this time and sent to a different email. On April 18 I did exactly as I was asked to do and sent those pictures to the email. I was notified right away that my ticket was closed and there was nothing else they could do for me. I was out of town from April 13 to the 18th. I did not take my wrong rotors and pads with me on my vacation. I called on April 21 at 4pm and requested a callback. Never received it. Called twice on 4/23 and requested callback never received it. Spoke to *** on 4/24 and told me I would start a new ticket with pictures all over again. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold and then hung up on. I am also passing this on to the BBB. My name is ****** ****** and my phone number is . . Any help is highly appreciated. I will not stop until this matter is resolved.

      Day number 11 and still no car part delivered means I can't fix my truck and still can't go to work. Shipment says supposed to be delivered this morning but still nothing on my porch or in my mailbox. Just not sure what to do now. This business was a total waste of my time and money!!!

      Ive been on hold for an hour trying to return a part that did not fit the truck they say it will. awful service. I'm gonna give up at this point

      I will not be using them again after my most recent experience.I ordered a brake rotor kit for my 2017 ****** WRX.Parts Geek shipped me the wrong part, so I called them 5 different times without reaching an associate. Each time I called, the automated voice message advised me they were experiencing "high call volume" and that I was weclome to either wait on hold OR "press one" and get a call back when an available customer service representative becomes available. In total, I called them 5 times over a 3 day period and never received a call back. So, I initiate a refund request online via the Parts Geek Website. The website asked for details regarding the issue and the instructions stated that I must ship the rotors back to parts geek, in the original packaging, using ****** in order to receive a refund. So I drive to the ***** store, where I am charged $75.00 for shipping. An entire week goes by, and I still do not hear anything from parts geek. So I call then again. This time, I actually reach someone. I explained the situation to the associate and asked if I could receive reimbursement or store credit for the $75 shipping fee. The associate tells me they won't reimburse me for the cost of shipping or issue store credit. I then requested a supervisor, to whom I explained the situation, and he told me the same thing; that parts geek would issue a refund for the rotors but that they would NOT reimburse me for the $75 shipping fee for the return, nor would they issue store credit, or send me the correct rotors at a discounted rate. I then requested a manager and spoke to "******" who told me the exact same thing as the other two individuals I spoke to; that Parts Geek would not help me with the shipping fee I paid. I explained to him that he would lose me as a customer, but he didn't seem to care. He was very rude and un-helpful. Now I am out $75, which was almost the cost of the rotors, and I am empty-handed. I will never use this company again!

      Perhaps the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The website has inaccurate pictures on the listings that didn't match the part numbers or the descriptions. No one ever picked up or called back when I called in. The folks on the website chat said that the text, descriptions, and the pictures are "as is" and apparently can be inaccurate so I am responsible for believing the pictures were correct. They said the pictures were only for reference. I asked, a reference to what?! The parts I am trying to order?! They would not answer or acknowledge the errors on the website. So they want me to pay for shipping to return the item and to pay a "restocking fee" all because of their mistake.

      I purchased a full suspension set for all four wheels for my ******** DeVille and they lasted a little over a month and when I tried to get help they told me the parts only had a 30 return policy which meant I would have to install my all four shocks they would have to last a couple of weeks and then I would have to have them removed from my car and send them back in order to meet my 30 return.I told them it was the worst purchase I have ever made, and I would report them on every website I could and never buy from them again.

      Worst place imaginable to shop! Bought what was supposed to be an alternator for my ***** and it was engine plates or mounts instead not even close I paid for fast shipping recieved in three days had to call 4 times nobody ever answered I pressed 1 for a call back and never got one so I went to the psit office it cost me 56$ to return and I got the track8ng and put it in on the site and kept saying that the tracking was wrong had to go back to the post given another excuse and told I'd only recieve a partial refund and have list the 56$ to ship it back too when I should have just posted the parts myself online for sale in total was robbed of 250$ never spoke to anyone and had to buy a part in my home town for double the price I'm livid if I could meet the people who work there and own this company I'd slap them for stealing my time my mental health and I'm physically disability on disability these scheming a****** are no good dint give them a dime! I hope if your the worker or owner of this company you burn in h*** for making me suffer during an already awful situation and steal my disability check too!

      I took the day off from work to install a set of rear calipers that I ordered from PartsGeek that it had listed as fitting my 2010 EOS. When I tried to install on of the caliper, I realized that it did not fit. The pads did not fit in the carrier, and the brake line port did not fit the brake line ******. Since one caliper was dirty, they would not accept a return since the 2 calipers were sold as a set. They did have separate part numbers and were in separate boxes. This company is garbage. I will no longer buy anything from then in the future and tell my friends the same.

      I placed an order to be drop shipped to my mechanic for about $400, on Amex.They asked for a copy of my driving license, and a copy of my credit card bill (they invited me to redact some of it.)I will not comply with such requests. This is completely beyond normal due diligence - I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere and I will never use this vendor again.
