      I've spent hours waiting for them to pick up the phone so that I can talk to them about sending me the wrong part. They never called back, they refuse to actually address the problem, and they won't reimburse you for any of the shipping ($75+) while charging you a restocking fee. I think people should blow up this company's name and demand boycotts because these people clearly don't care about their customers or mistakes their company makes. I would never recommend Parts Geek for anything. They might as well be a scam site. Horrible customer service, inaccurate descriptions of parts, and refusal to actually speak with the customer about mistakes made by **************************

      Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased a rear bumper reinforcement bracket set and received 2 right brackets instead of a left and a right. I called them, the no longer had them "in stock" so they could not send me a new one. I was told the best they could do was have me return the ones I received and that they could sell me a left and right which were both listed as single items, not a set. The cost of the parts alone was going to be a few dollars more than the set. Then, they said that the fastest they could send it to me was their expedited shipping which is 2-4 days rather than their standard which is 3-5. I asked that they cover the cost of the shipping and they said no. The best they could offer was for me to pay full price for standard shipping ($15.99) and then they would cover the difference between standard and expedited ($3). All in all, they wanted to charge me a total of $18-ish more than what I originally paid for, and the only thing they could do to make the situation right is cover $3 of shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will do nothing to make their mistake correct. Now I am dealing with their return process. I was told they would cover the return shipping because it was their mistake but now I have received their return form and it does not include a shipping label and they are asking me to pay for the shipping and supply them with my tracking code.

      Very Unprofessional. They don't have a way to change an address on an order and there cancellation policy only allows 48 minutes afterwards to cancel an order. Even though, they don't do the shipping on weekends so there should be away to change an address or cancel an order. They also don't refund without the parts so if the order is sent to someone else they don't have a way to stop it.They also won't let you speak to a manager when you call in when asked. This is a violation of customers rights, all the way around.

      So trash, fake chinese OEM that is broken on arrival or the completely wrong part. Happened twice!!!

      Don't expect to get a replacement part if the kit you bought had a defect part. They just tell you to buy a knew one. Defective parts that's why they are cheap!

      I spoke to a *** to place the correct order. I gave him the car vin #, year, make, and model. I place the order, which he said would fit me car. I took my car to a ***air shop, and it took a little over a month to have a scheduled appointment and have them fix the car. To make a long story short, the part was not for my car and the mechanic ordered the right one. I tried to return the part and was told it was past the time that they allow returns by 4 days. I ordered from them to save money now it's costing me twice as much. Do not order from this company. Now I'm out $250.00

      I wish I wouldve seen these reviews on BBB before shopping with PartsGeek. This was the worst service Ive ever experiencedno exaggeration. I ordered a part for my Tacoma and specifically chose this company because they displayed an image of the exact part I needed, along with the correct product number. I even paid extra for expedited handling. Despite this, they sent me the wrong item.Whats worse is that, even though the mistake was entirely theirs, they make you jump through hoops to return it. On top of that, youre responsible for the return shipping costs. Just take a look at their return policyits ************* the automotive business, youre dealing with peoples livelihoods, and its clear this company doesnt care. Their business practices are the worst Ive ever encountered.

      I needed front brake rotors and pads.The ones I was sent said in the description it was for cars with AMG package,but they were too big. I called and spoke with a ***resentative and he said it was inaccurate web description. The ***resentative was extension 2159. He put in a new ticket and assured me that I would have no problems returning the wrong parts. He also put a note in the system and told me to call him personally on ext. 2159 when I was ready for my return. I did that and spent well over an hour with him on the phone while taking picture of each of the wrong items individually and their code numbers on the box. After doing that I was told I would receive a return slip in 2 to 4 days. I was not happy with that was on April 9 so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager continuously apologized and said I would receive a return slip within 4 hours. I did not receive a return slip at all.. I received an email on April 14 with no return slip but instead I needed to send them more pictures of the parts each individually taken out of the box this time and sent to a different email. On April 18 I did exactly as I was asked to do and sent those pictures to the email. I was notified right away that my ticket was closed and there was nothing else they could do for me. I was out of town from April 13 to the 18th. I did not take my wrong rotors and pads with me on my vacation. I called on April 21 at 4pm and requested a callback. Never received it. Called twice on 4/23 and requested callback never received it. Spoke to *** on 4/24 and told me I would start a new ticket with pictures all over again. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold and then hung up on. I am also passing this on to the BBB. My name is ****** ****** and my phone number is . . Any help is highly appreciated. I will not stop until this matter is resolved.

      Day number 11 and still no car part delivered means I can't fix my truck and still can't go to work. Shipment says supposed to be delivered this morning but still nothing on my porch or in my mailbox. Just not sure what to do now. This business was a total waste of my time and money!!!

      Ive been on hold for an hour trying to return a part that did not fit the truck they say it will. awful service. I'm gonna give up at this point
