      I think that Parts Geek uses deceptive advertising. I bought something form them. The picture showed a pack of 8. I expected to receive a pack of 8. What I got was a pack of 2. I then ordered the same thing from Guaranteed to Fit. It had the same picture of 8. When I received the order it had a pack of 2 and the packing slip stated it was from "Parts Geek" not Guaranteed to Fit. They are both working together and they are both very deceptive with their advertising.

      I originally order through Parts Geek and only received 2 items when the picture showed 8 items. I then ordered through Guaranteed to Fit. I also received 2 items when the picture showed 8 items and the packing slip that was provided with the second order said "Parts Geek" not Guaranteed to Fit. Very deceptive company.

      BUYER BEWARE!!!! They sent me the wrong part and wanted made me pay $17.00 in return shipping to get my $66.00 back. Ebay and Paypal both sided with them on the return shipping. I sent pictures of what the part should have looked like but they didn't care, even though it was clearly their error. They could have sent me a rock to fix my car and I still would have had to pay to return it. I am done with Ebay, Paypal and it's scammy vendors.

      They have issues to say the least. Can't get anything out in time, you move on in a different direction, they can't cancel order and returning is a pain in the butt. So if you are 100% confident in what you are ordering and don't mind waiting a good while for supposed in-stock items then this is the place for you.

      I ordered the wrong parts by mistake and I had to pay to ship them back and I agreed it was my mistake. They then said that I sent them to the wrong address but then when I showed them that they were delivered to the right address they then said they never got them. This company is a nightmare to deal with and have shady business practices. I still have not got a refund and it has been over a month. This company is not consumer friendly at all.

      IMPORTANT: Please be aware that you might receive multiple RMA numbers if you are returning multiple products. It is very important to return items to their correct return location with the correct RMA#. If products are returned to an incorrect location, credit will not be issued or significantly delayed.

      Said part would fit, somehow didn’t. In my case, I need an OEM part, aftermarket won’t work, so here we are. Problem is I am responsible for return shipping which would be $12.50 on a $25 part. Add the $9.50 original shipping, paid close to $50 for a part that I will get about $12 back on, plus the inconvenience of finding a FedEx shipping store. Could have bought the OEM part for that and been up and running long ago. Cheaper isn’t always better.
