These guys are great. The shipping is free. It's always arrives earlier or right on time. Their website is so easy and doesn't pop up things you weren't searching for. Example, type in brake parts and you won't get options that make no sense like headlights or alternators. You get what you search for. Can't say enough about this website. I get all my parts here now.

I ordered a part from the website that claims it fits my vehicle. I did my research to make sure it was the correct part. I took the part to a mechanic to get the old one replaced with the new one and as it turns out the new one is slightly different from the original and will not fit. Have pictures and everything to prove it. Was charged $100 for the labor done for nothing to be fixed for my car. It was a motor mount so the old one has to be put back on for the car to be moved so it couldn’t be a remove and wait for the right part situation. The problem was not on my end or the mechanics end. It was the fact that on the website it claimed to fit my car when in fact It doesn’t. Reached out to customer service and they can only give me a refund and return. I have pictures and proof of everything.Parts Geek LLC

My part is wrong, do you pay for damages?
We do not cover any expenses that occur as a result of the installation of an incorrect product. This includes, but is not limited to, rental car coverage, towing costs, labor, and storage fees.
Once the part has been received by oru warehouse, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Bottom line is yeah it says you aren’t responsible for any other expenses… I understand that. Parts Geek has a contract with FedEx, It would cost me $45 plus insurance to return this order I made by mistake, I asked Parts Geek to send me a return shipping label for $15.99 and deduct it from my refund, and they refused, lost me as a customer, along with my family, insanely shitty return policy!!!Parts Geek LLC

We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer.

if I could get a negative star review I would this company took my money and sent me something cheaper than what ordered that was not pictured they did a bait and switch on me!
