Placed order Sept 13. My account was charged. Sept 16 order updated to preparing. Today is Oct 1. I called multiple times and left messages. No return call. I contacted them from thier website. No response. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND DELIVERED NOTHING!!@Initial Complaint

On 6 July 2024, I ordered 16 ******* ***** Sticks from Kitch'n. These were to be party favors for my granddaughters birthday. The total came to $13.19. On ************, the amount of $13.19 was deducted from my checking account with ****************************. However, I never received my product. The birthday party came and went with still no candy. I sent multiple emails to the company through their "Contact Us" page to inquire as to when I could expect to receive my product. I had NO response at all. Finally, I sent a message in August informing them that I no longer needed the product and to cancel the order and refund my money. I had no response. In the meantime, my email account was hacked and passwords leaked onto the dark web. When I tried to change email/passwords, the hackers DELETED my account, wiping it completely off ********* servers. Therefore, I no longer have access to the original address used on this order, and can not access copies of the emails I sent to them. I have tried calling their listed number. It either a) gets the auto recording and remains on hold, b) hangs up, or c) just rings forever. I would LIKE my money back, but I won't hold my breath!Initial Complaint

I placed an order online with Kitch'n on 8/8/24. I received an email from them on 8/21/24 stating that my order had changed status to "Awaiting Shipment" I have not heard from them since. I have emailed several times, I have called several times. The phone number provided links directly to voice mail, stating that 'all representatives are busy helping other customers. Leave your name, phone number and order number and someone will contact you within 24 hours" No one has contacted me, ever. It is now 9/23/24.Initial Complaint

I ordered some beverages from Kitch'n, got an email that said I received them. I have reached out via email, no response other that to rate my order. There is a phone # to call ************ but the recording response tells you to leave a complaint and a call back # but after that it just rings and rings and does not allow you to leave customer information.Initial Complaint

In may i ordered 7 bottle of joes strawberry lemonaide and 2 bottles of blueberry lemonade. After a month nothing happened and i sent some messages. He refunded my money and then charged my card again a month later. The order then said packing for two months. The business never responded to messages. I asked to be refunded and nothing. Finally I tried to dispute the charges. Because it was chime of course I was denied. Then the business canceled my order but did not refund my money. This man belongs in jail. Or at the very least force him to take down his illegitimate website and revoke any business liscense if he even has one. Now I know to check bbb before ordering anything.Initial Complaint

I purchased several jars of Amish jam on Kitchn , on July 2. After 3 1/2 weeks I have not received my order. I called their phone that was on the order, this merchant never answered so I left messages. Nobody ever answers or calls back. I placed an order on July 18. I have called the store 6 times since last Friday and emailed them twice concerning my order. The automated phone message said leave name and number and they will contact within 24 hours. It has been 8 days since my first call and I have yet to receive a call back concerning my order. On June 3rd, 2024 my wife ordered onlne 2 jars of pickled eggs which cost ***** to be shipped to our address. We have called several times only to receive a recording telling us to leave a message and that our call would be returned in 24 hours. We have not received any response or the eggs we ordered.
