      I ordered and paid for dry gravy mix. The shipper did not fulfill my order and took my money. They don't reply to phone or emails.

      Ordered glass bottles of cherry soda/cola. on 5/31/24. I never received my order. I want my money back. This company defrauded me.

      Placed an order back around May 19th for several products. Finally got a shipment in and they sent the wrong thing. I ordered 6 different products and received 1 product that I did not order at all. I have tried calling and leaving messages multiple times, their voice prompt states that someone will get back to you within 24 hours, which never happen. I have sent multiple emails to get no response. At **** point I would just be happy with a refund. This business is absolutely terrible. My Order was only 50 dollars but it's the principle. Do better! It is very unprofessional to not even acknowledge my voicemails and emails. What can I do at this point?

      Ordered 18 20 oz bottles of ***'s Peach Tea on June 14th, Order #******. I finally received 9 of the bottles after I stated to cancel the order. The other 9 bottles are still not received. On June 26th I received this response: "Thank you for shopping with us. I am not sure why the other shipment is not moving. I have passed this along to the operations manager so he can review and resolve." Still no results. Received a response that they are trying to blame the *********** for not shipping so I sent the following email on June 26th: "Here's what the *********** said:**** Logo Hello ***********************,A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.Tracking Number: ********************** SO, WHERE IS THE PACKAGE????????????????????????????????????Still no response.

      Order #****** I place on order on May 26,2024. I checked my order online and it says partially shipped on May 30, 2024. Never received any order. Tried calling, call goes directly to voicemail. Contacted online and received this response;Hello Thank you for shopping with us. I looked into your order and see that only part of it has been shipped out. I have reached out to the warehouse to find out why they have not shipped out the rest. Once I learn more, I will get back to you. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. I have also let the operations manager know about this too.       Ordered 24 - 24 ounce root beers. They were shipped in two separate shipments over a month. First one had 11 and second one had 11. That's 22. Not 24. I simply want what I paid for. Business is most likely run by one person. **************** line is an automated message that all representatives are busy. Left multiple voicemails with no return contact over a monthlong period. I want what I paid for.

      Short story. We ordered ***'s ice team from this seller. First package arrived timely, second never showed up ***** hasn't updated movement in over a week). Made an additional order, 1 bottle of 9 was broken, it happens. The problem, repeated requests for a credit or clarification go unanswered. Reading other comments, we are probably ******* the loss will be about $ 30.

      Order placed 4/3/24 Order #****** Item - Reading Soda Works 12 oz Blueberry Birch Beer x 12 Amount $31.43 First refund request sent 4/11/24 Second refund request sent 5/5/24 Third refund request sent 5/6/24 Fourth refund request sent 5/13/24 Fifth refund request sent 5/14/24 Sixth refund request sent 5/16/24 It seems like I have the same complaints and issues as others on here. I emailed them 4/11/24 after not hearing anything about a delay or even order being shipped out and told them I would just like my money refunded. They finally responded that they were trying to process the refund but the order was on the truck and sent out before they could complete the refund. That was well over 1.5 months ago. I have sent multiple emails (6) asking to refund my money. The few times they have actually responded they just say it's been shipped and now it's my problem to go to the post office and talk to them. They refuse to do anything to rectify the issue. I have never dealt with a business this terrible that does not take care of their customers whatsoever, let alone a business rude enough to respond to a complaint about a product not received "that it's my problem." I am starting to believe the previous reviews saying this is just a scam. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but when multiple people have the same complaints then something fishy is definitely going on. Someone needs to investigate this 'business' asap.

      I placed an online order on April 10, 2024 and it's been over a month now and I still have not received what I ordered. They will not respond to emails or phone calls.

      Ordered several items from this vendor on March 18, 2024. Have not received items to date. Have sent them several messages and called and left messages as well, to no avail. I have asked to have my money refunded, and they have not responded.
