      This company calls daily to harass me about a debt that has been paid off in 2020. When I talked to an associate they said they would email me and send me mail proof that I owed money. This was on 3 occasions and they never sent anything. They tried to take money out of my checking account. When there wasnt enough, they kept trying smaller and smaller amounts to see if the charges would go through. They ended up taking $75 and putting my account into the negative.. Now every time they call, I answer and there is no one on the line. After a brief silence, they disconnect. I want all communications to stop. Its become harassment. I dont want any more attempts to take out money. I wish I could have the $75 back but Im sure that it wont happen. Im not paying something I dont owe.

      This company, Tate & Kirlin Associates, has texted me regarding a collection account from *** which I have nothing to do with. I do not have an account with *** and I have not had an account with *** for several years and I have never owed an overdue balance with ADT.

      I keep getting calls from this number but won't get a representative to tell me why they are calling and asking me to confirm sensitive information. The representative will tell me that she can't help me unless I confirm information. I am hoping that these harassing calls will stop immediately.

      This company keeps withdrawing money from my online bank acct., I never gave them permission to do this. It's causing other items to be returned to my bank.

      On 09/02/2023 customer agreed to a payment plan for monthly installments, gave our agent the infomration to set up the monthly payment plan. We will refund the last payment processed per the customers agreement in September, and stop the agreed upon payment plan

      I suddenly received a letter from Tate and Kirlin Associates, Inc. They are stating that I owe $3,884.07 and that they would settle for half which is 1, 942.04. I have absolutely no clue what they are talking about. I don't owe anyone any monies. The account # listed on the statement is #****, which is not mine. They clearly have the wrong person.

      This company keeps calling, does not leave a voicemail. When I do talk to some all they say is they have an important update for me. Please verify my personal information. Umm, this day and age it is not wise to give your info over the phone to a complete stranger. When told that they hang up on you. How professional is that. I confirmed yes I'm this person yet the want more info. Uhm, absolutely not. This company is in PA but keeps calling me from CA. The calls and harassment need to stop immediately. I have told them to stop calling, but they do not listen. Seems to me this is the only way to get them to stop. If you cannot or will not verify who you are and what you are calling about, then don't bother!

      The company has incessantly called, used fake numbers and lied about who they are. I have no idea what they are trying to collect or from who, but I suggest they cease immediately. Furthermore any and all derogatory issues they may have caused on my credit report need removed immediately. They have lied, faked opening a bank account in my name and their conduct is illegal.

      Tate Kirlin and Associates keeps calling my phone number but refuses to tell me what the call is for unless I confirm personal information with them. If they have it then I don't need to tell them. I have never done business with this company before, never received any mail from them, I've never even heard of them before. If they were a legitimate company they wouldn't be calling me asking me to confirm my personal information with them.

      I received messages from this company in an attempt to collect a debt. When I followed the link and used the reference number given on 3 separate web browsers, it told me the information (that this company provided in their own email) was incorrect or held no records in their system. The only debt I have is being dealt with NOT by this company. This seems like a scam by a company using evasive tactics. Leave me alone
